Most entertaining match so far this season. Bayern were extraordinary in their attack, but they also looked vulnerable when Arsenal regained possession. Arsenal in better form could have been able to capitalize on this.
@haztee Capitalize on it? Shure they could have done that but than the game would have ended 7:3 !
Who cares, Arsenal is just no match for s good functioning Bayern.
BPL is the best league but only because of money, if you spent that kind of money in Bosnia, Bosnian league would be the best... Germany does not allow that kind of "private clubs" so no big money, you can only spend what you earn. That is why England suck at national team and international games..
@mukyze- Don't talk rubbish. You could pay top players £1m a week and they wouldn't want to live in Bosnia. The only league outside of the top 4 which you could argue that a huge injection of money would (in practical terms) transform the league is France where there are potentially very big football teams based in nice places- Paris, Lyon, Marseille etc. We see that happening now with PSG. The exception is Monaco. Also, you seem to be disregarding how Bayern work inside of Germany. They essentially have every other team working as a feeder club. When you add that to a large fan-base (therefore revenue) and pulling power based on past success, being based in a nice city and guaranteeing being competitive in Europe then you realise they are every bit as rich as Man City and Chelsea. It's just that those 2 clubs overpay for players. Ditto with PSG & any small club who has been bought by a rich foreigner. That isn't the case with Man Utd, Liverpool & Arsenal who had success before money.
@kummerspeck- Nope that will be next season unless our board offer him a new contract which is possible given we won 2 F.A cups in the last 2 seasons (sarcasm).
Oh, I have to give Coquelin credit though. His rating is low but actually he had his hands tied by lack of pressing from Cazorla and Oezil. I know they aren't necessarily those type of players but this game called for some pressure on the ball and Coquelin was unable to take control of the middle part of the defensive third, in front of the defence, because his wingmen let him down.
Some absolutely woeful defending, lack of pressing, lack of communication and general ineptitude from us. Not taking anything away from Bayern, they played very well but I don't think standing off is the best thing to do at the Allianz. We never played like that in the 2 previous trips there. Wenger himself was seething in the post-match interview so it sounds like we weren't up to the task he set out. Incredible to say, there's enough experience in the team to prevent that from happening. I don't for the life of me know why the world's most in-form striker was afforded space time and time again in the box. That is just 1 of many examples. This result wont determine whether we get through or not but it was a good lesson. We need to have a better game-plan, and execute it, away from home against teams as good or better than us. Bayern will win the group. I just hope they destroy Olympiakos because we have at least created clear chances against them which not every team does.
@SteveHyland "We never played like that in the 2 previous trips there.."
Those games were only won because Bayern was already through and weren't that focused on an unimportant game to them. Belief me, it they really had to win to progress they would have. On that level it is a matter of a few percent of willingness and focus. If you are not at 100 % like in the previous two years Bayern loses even at home against Arsenal.
But out of 10 games between them Bayern would probably win 7, draw one and lose 2...
Arsenal and Munich are not in the same league metaphorical speaking.
@neumi17- No offence, but that's BS. There hasn't been a team in history who can just win when they want, against any team,- which is exactly what you're intimating. The 2 previous games at the Allianz may seem unimportant now we know the outcome but at the time, especially the 0-2, through the whole game Bayern were trying to score and win. It wasn't unimportant for their players in the slightest. If they could win at will as you suggest then they could've scored a goal when they wanted to so it would mean we'd need 3. It isn't cricket where a team is 2-0 with 1 test to play. The game yesterday was more indicative of Arsenal's defensive collapses in the last couple of seasons (Zagreb, Monaco, Olympiakos...) than it was Bayern's brilliance. Just look at the goals. Even Alaba's fantastic strike came from failure to close him down in the middle of the park. Bayern are a better team but no way would they win 70% of the games between the 2, maybe 50% tops.
Let's face it. The dispute EPL vs. Bundesliga is preposterous. Fact is that Bundesliga holds the 2nd place in the UEFA ranking and next years italian Serie A will hold the 3rd place. EPL is 4th.
@BeautifulLoser- What he said was/is true though and in terms of probability (largely given the fact both Germany and Italy's hopes rest with 1 team in the CL whereas the prem will have at least 3 that make it to the last 16), it's more likely the prem finishes this season in 2nd place behind La Liga. Arguing "league A" is better than "league B" because the best (only) team in league A is better than all of league B is ridiculous. The UEFA co-efficient ranking system can fluctuate dramatically with a single poor season and/or with 1 team getting very far in the 2 European cups- Serie A last year with Juve making the final for example.
As I said b4 the match, if Carzola can't work, Arsenal totally no chance no hope.
really, wenger must take the responsible, 2 billion saving in the bank, for what?
football team never same as a company. rubbish wenger!
@glenbayern Okay I admit that was a dumb thing to say, but Bayern are not on the level of Barca and Real. Bayern also can rest all their players every league match bar a few, because the bundesliga is so weak. That is something Barca and Real can't do.
@Beastador You are right, Bayern is not on the same level as Barca and especially Madrid. Currently they are slightly ahead of them and the best team in Europe at the moment.
@Beastador they do not rest because the bundesliga is weak. they are able to rest because the bundesliga hast only 18 teams in comparison to the epl's 20. also in germany there is only one cup, england 2...
Bayern scores 5 goals against the best defense in the premiere league, and you English snobs always say your competition is the best in the world, so I take my conclusions out of this game. Besides this, Hand off god and outside couldn't help Arsenal today I guess. Bayern march to the top. Auf Gehts. Wonderful performance.
@postzegele PL is best in the world.You guys should thank bayern for keeping germany in europe otherwise all other teams are s**t in germany. I don't think you guys can beat utd and city like this.
@postzegele We were missing our best RB, CB, and several midfielders and forwards with pace and skill, Walcott, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Welbeck, Rosicky...they all would have given us our usual counter-attacking game, which would have taken pressure off our defence.
@What4 Strange, that didn't count last season against Barca where almost every good and technical gifted player of Bayern was missing against Barcelona. Yet they almost made it anyway and scored 4 goals at home.
@MiguelSuave- It's more the fact we were terrible. Bayern do what they do if you let them. I saw absolutely nothing from us defensively to try to stop them.
Not saying that Bayern would lose but Arsenal's injuries made everything a lot easier.
It goes to show how fitness is important. On the away match Bayern had alot of fatigued/unfit players due to International Break. Now it's Arsenal's turn.
This match is literally the mirror of the last match. Arsenal is nowhere to be seen and being dominated so hard, the only difference is Arsenal got lucky last time. People somehow thought Arsenal was better than Bayern because of those lucky goals.
@BS31- Not surprised Alaba is back at LB, surprised Robben hasn't started though. Good to see Badstuber back on the bench. I like him, proper defender. Hopefully his injuries are behind him.
There is no impossible in football. But I'd say it's impossible for Arsenal to get a result in here. Not that Arsenal is not great but Bayern is just too good in Allianz Arena.
if bayern loses this game,they dont deserve the UCL.Arsenal have a lot of key players injured and we have the advantage.if we lose,i dont know what to say.
I said in the last match between these two that Arsenal could win, but I said I wouldn't bet my money on it. The same again here I think, Arsenal to play their own game and get a 1-0. But.......i wouldn't bet my money on it!.....
@GreatCharacter Last season all home games were won in this competition. In general, there are 85 victories in the last 100 home games, not unbeatable, but very strong.
@kummerspeck This statistic applies to all competitions in recent years, including teams like Barcelona, Madrid, Juventus, Arsenal, City & United. In addition - 0-4 was the first defeat in 11 previous home matches against Madrid.
Bayern obviously have one of the best squads in the world and a top manager, but that doesn't mean they have a divine right to destroy every team they face. After 11 rounds in the Bundesliga, Bayern are 5 points ahead of Dortmund in 2nd and 10 ahead of Wolfsburg in 3rd; that's roughly 50% more points/game between 1st and 3rd. The only other big league that's so one-sided is the French league, in all the others there are 3 points or less seperating the top 3 teams. I'm not lessening Bayern's performances or the Bundesliga, I'm just saying the competition is much tougher in the Premier League, that Arsenal are also a big team, though clearly not as big, and that Bayern have no divine right by which they should be destroying us in both fixtures. As the recent meeting between the two teams have shown--going back to Feb. 2013, Arsenal have won 2, drawn 1, lost 2, both scoring 6 goals--and considering what is at stake for both sides, Bayern fans should not be so arrogant as to believe...
In this thread typically arrogant Bayern fans who are used to league where they hoover up all the best talent and stream roll teams that roll over and allow their bellies to be tickled for 3 points every weekend. Weak league.
@Overmars that weak league... yeah... leverkusen und schalke almost beat barca and real... so weak.. yeah you are right..
you did not see bayern playing at home am i right? so have fun tonight
To me it was a lucky goal which was even a hands ball in Londen. This time in Germany they won't be so lucky. Bayern is the better team all around. 4-1.
@Doetsie Both teams had chances but Arsenal's were better. Goals should have come in the first half, in second half both teams produced very little. Our goals indeed were little lucky but win was deserved anyway.
@Castle
Arsenal's chances were better? What the fuck are you smoking.. Arsenal has no chance the entire match, that one lucky goal opened up the entire field coz Bayern was in a rush to equalize. In no way Arsenal deserved a win, Cech however, did.
@Macchonk Did you miss the first half? I'm not saying Arsenal were superior, Bayern just couldn't move the ball quickly enough and made defending too easy. Arsenal's chances came through counter attacks in first period, although goals themselves were little untypical for the game.
@Doetsie dominating possession yes but wasn't creating many chances. Arsenal defended well and created more chances in the game. Bayern Munich will win here 2-0/3-1, without Bellerin I can't see Arsenal being as solid.
Walcott's absence makes our counter attacking harder, but Giroud can buy us time to get more players forward. This should lead to more open game than at Emirates, even though Bayern will probably have similar amount of possession. People predicting somewhat big Bayern win again but that's partly because of overconfidence. In truth it's hard to predict how a game of two in-form teams will end. About 1-1 is my optimistic prediction.
If Bayern attack like they did last time, they will lose again, ball possession doesn't mean jack without goals! Lewandoski hardly had a sniff at goal last time and Muller was neutralised completely by Monreal! Costa tried his flicks and came the better man with Bellerin but did not place final ball anywhere fruitful. Bellerin got an important assist. Will be the best football game of the week, Arsenal's form in the league is phenomenal right now and Bayern's bullying of Bundesliga teams continues and should not be a test against Arsenal who can damage any team in current form! COYG!
Arsenal have more technically gifted players than Bayer and the form of Cech, Cazorla, Bellerin, Koscielnly, Monreal, Ozil, etc will be a big task for Bayern, funny thing is Arsenal have beaten Bayern in Munich before. This game can go either way. 1:1 2:1/1:2 COYG!
It's very tough to predict this tie. Bayern are the favorites, but their defence had big problems in marking Giroud. I don't know what's the situation with the injuries, but if Alaba is a central defender again, we will have a good chance to get a point, or even a win. Physically and technically Bayern are a perfect team. It's always a huge challange to play agains them. COYG!
In last two years we won two times @ emirates but couldn't win @ arena, this time arsenal won @ emirates, then why can't we win @ arena for this time? Just one win against bayern, and arsenal fans think they are out of this earth! bayern will win #miasanmia
@bhushan73- It's not that Bayern CAN'T win at the Allianz, they can beat anyone, it's just that it can't be assumed it'll be a huge win- which is what Bayern fans think it'll be and what they thought it'd be before the game at the Emirates.
@bhushan73 Have a look below, it's Bayern fans who think their team is out of this world because week in week out they steam-roll a league they've helped to deplete.
@bhushan73 Because our league has decent mid-table teams. Bundesliga is a joke other than Bayern and Dortmund.
When was the last time a team outside of Bayern or Dortmund even made it to the CL final? Hamburg in the 80s? Moenchengladbach in the 70s?
@What4 i watch almost every game of bayern and arsenal, but i think bayern are better. But any team can't keep 100 % win record even though they are the best. Arsenal are very good, the match will be even, but i think bayern will win this. We lost against arsenal becoz their pressing game was better that day
I find it hilarious that even after the game at the Emirates, some people are still assuming this game will be a Bayern win! Bayern were played perfectly at the Emirates and if anything we will set up even more conservatively knowing a point will be a good enough result given a home game against Zagreb coming up next (and we wont take them for granted twice). Bayern will in all likelihood set up a higher line, being at home, which will give us even more room in which to counter attack. Our record at the Allianz is won one, drawn one and we now have a better team than in either of those games. I don't see Bayern not scoring at home however so will predict another 1-1 with Cazorla MotM and Robben to dive 1,500 times.
@goonergunner do u think bayern wants to lose against arsenal?if bayern loses and olympiakos wins,olympiakos have a great chance to finish 1st and bayern doesnt want that.if bayern finish 2nd they have a big chance of drawing madrid or barca.we can lose once but we cant lose twice to arsenal.3-0 for bayern.attacking teams have nothing to do at the allianz arena.
@glenbayern- Ah, so the reason Bayern lost at the Emirates is because they didn't want to win? It wasn't the fact Wenger's game-plan was close to perfect? I seem to remember Real Madrid trouncing Bayern 4-0 in 2013/14 even though you had most of the ball, more shots, territorial advantage etc. The fact is, Bayern have a great plan A attack. If/when that doesn't work, teams who can counter well with pace can create multiple chances against them, even at home. The idea that Bayern are this impenetrable wall is BS. Augsburg, Wolfsburg and Dortmund have all scored at the Allianz this year and none of those teams have anywhere near the attacking talent or as good a defence as Arsenal. 3-0 could happen if Arsenal throw caution to the wind but there's no need to do that since we don't need to win.
@SteveHyland Lol, exactly right. At least Arsenal can play the possession game and the counter-attacking game, and we showed Bayern how good we are at the latter. More of the same I expect. We might lose, but we certainly won't get thrashed. The good thing about Campbell coming into the team is his terrific work-rate and industry, he also has decent pace for the breaks.
@What4- He impressed me against Swansea, all the while playing out of position, and although his passing range isn't quite Arsenal level, yet, he has excellent close control, pace as you said and a good long-range shot. I think Wenger has missed a trick not playing him in the number 9 role in the last 2 seasons in the domestic cups but he will at least now get a run of games in the team and will, hopefully, stop Alaba bombing down the wings like he does in the league. He and Sanchez will be able to swap wings too.
@hasan- I'll be surprised if it isn't the exact XI who played Swansea. Maybe slightly different formation in defence, with Coquelin in more of a de Rossi role and Cazorla and Oezil either side but the same personnel I suspect.
@Footballfanatic66- If we don't qualify for the last 16 then I actually hope we finish bottom. The Europa is a meaningless cup for teams guaranteed to finish in the top 4 of their league. All it does is take up time and put mileage into the players' legs. If we do end up in the Europa, I'm sure Wenger will play a 2nd XI whenever possible. Having said that, I think we'll finish 2nd in the group regardless of this result (and the Olympiakos one) simply because I expect us and Bayern to win the final 2 games.
@Milann funny how youre not answering my question, i get what youre doing ;-)
So ill assume you meant that Arsenal will qualify to the R16.
Ill remember that and hold you to it :)
robben will be back then.lineup will look like this:Neuer,boateng,martinez,lahm,alaba,alonso,thiago,muller,costa,robben,lewandowski
Bayern will be stronger this time.Arsenal are so inconsistent so 4-1 this time for bayern.
@neumi17 @neumi17 so u are predicting if arsenal were in better form , then bayern would score two more ? shhhhuuuure

This is embarrassing, we are starting to play like Chelsea. Unacceptable.
Arsene's last season?
@kummerspeck- Nope that will be next season unless our board offer him a new contract which is possible given we won 2 F.A cups in the last 2 seasons (sarcasm).
Only two of us were accurate in our scores. @no bellerin 5 - 1. Bayern wins.... I played it tho...

@BeautifulLoser don't be an idiot.. PL beats Bundesliga ALL the time. Only Bayern and Dortmund can beat PL teams recently.
@richccfc You need to see a doctor my friend. You are possessed
@richccfc Ever considered that the idiot could be you since you turn a blind eye on facts?

@What4 After all, everyone knows Wenger is an entertainer first and foremost.
As I said b4 the match, if Carzola can't work, Arsenal totally no chance no hope. really, wenger must take the responsible, 2 billion saving in the bank, for what? football team never same as a company. rubbish wenger!
Congratulations to bayern.they proved that they are much better than arsenal and also all of premier league teams.
I wonder what Beastador has to say.he said bayern is valencia.

Guardiola is a fantastic manager. Nobody can predict Bayern next move on the pitch. brilliant.
@Farzad. HAHAHAHAHA still gets bashed in semis.
@WazzaFC I talked about Guardiola & he has already won CL.
@Farzad. He won CL because of messi even shi*e enrique won treble.I don't see him winning CL with bayern.
what did i told u guys... 5-1 it is! im king at betting!
The "bald freak" strikes again, I guess :P
Costa only 7.0? :V
@Zootball Yes... Why, do you think he deserves more? Didn't see much from him.
Bayern scores 5 goals against the best defense in the premiere league, and you English snobs always say your competition is the best in the world, so I take my conclusions out of this game. finally Bundesliga won vs PL.. no surprise it was Bayern.
Could be 7:1 but 5:1 is ok too...
@neumi17 I'm an Arsenal fan.. it could be focking 10-1.. Bayern were absolutely fantastic
@MiguelSuave- It's more the fact we were terrible. Bayern do what they do if you let them. I saw absolutely nothing from us defensively to try to stop them.
@neumi17 It's true. Proof is that Cech got a 7.5 rating despite conceding 5 goals . Not to mention the wasted chance by Robben.
Great work from The Arsenal not allowing Robben to dive all over the place.
Gallant Gallic last-ditch tackle there from Debuchy.
What a handsome goal from Giroud
@What4 true
@neumi17 Hahaha the irony on "hand". Lol!
Özil with his usual game against Bayern...
Arsenal conceded 4 goals and yet Cech still has 7.4 rating. His skill is really something ...
@Xuxibo6793 He made alot of saves doe.
@AxelSSuy Not that many
form is temporary class is permanent
It's like Bayern are playing against a bunch of traffic cones.
@mikers135 good metaphor.
Arsenal shouldn't play this deep they only give bayern further a chance to create opportunities.
Completely outclassed by Bayern so far.
Not saying that Bayern would lose but Arsenal's injuries made everything a lot easier. It goes to show how fitness is important. On the away match Bayern had alot of fatigued/unfit players due to International Break. Now it's Arsenal's turn.
Buyernliga, they said...Only La Liga would be difficult for this team.
This match is literally the mirror of the last match. Arsenal is nowhere to be seen and being dominated so hard, the only difference is Arsenal got lucky last time. People somehow thought Arsenal was better than Bayern because of those lucky goals.
Just after 15 min U can see how Robben ruins Bayern style... Much, much better without him
@John_0 what were you saying mate? ;)
@John_0 man, that's bullshit
@John_0 Such a bad comparison
3-0
@neumi17 Ok, I change my prediction to 5-0...
@neumi17 would be awkward if score stills
Ozil's goal was legit.
@El_Duderino If handball would count you are right...
@neumi17 you mean armball
Munich lineup: Neuer, Lahm, Boateng, Martinez, Alaba, Alonso, Thiago, Costa, Müller, Coman, Lewandowski - Substitutes: Ulreich, Benatia, Badstuber, Rafinha, Kimmich, Vidal, Robben
@BS31- Not surprised Alaba is back at LB, surprised Robben hasn't started though. Good to see Badstuber back on the bench. I like him, proper defender. Hopefully his injuries are behind him.
OFFICIAL: Cech, Debuchy, Mertesacker, Gabriel, Monreal, Coquelin, Cazorla, Campbell, Oezil, Alexis, Giroud. BENCH: Macey, Chambers, Koscielny, Gibbs, Flamini, Iwobi, Reine- Adelaide.
There is no impossible in football. But I'd say it's impossible for Arsenal to get a result in here. Not that Arsenal is not great but Bayern is just too good in Allianz Arena.
@CirdomAkul so then there is "impossible in football". LOOL
5-1
if bayern loses this game,they dont deserve the UCL.Arsenal have a lot of key players injured and we have the advantage.if we lose,i dont know what to say.
Come on Gunners, we have the power, we got the strength to fire off Bayern. ..,
@Frahiday2 It would appear that you have not.
Carzola must play well in this match. He needs more effort to control the middle side, if can't work, Arsenal will lost this game!
I said in the last match between these two that Arsenal could win, but I said I wouldn't bet my money on it. The same again here I think, Arsenal to play their own game and get a 1-0. But.......i wouldn't bet my money on it!.....
Oh god, switch wings for Robben and Costa, this just looks stupid.
I cant watch it unfortunately but i hope its a great game.
If Bayern lose this, its not worth keeping simplistic but appearing complex, Mr.Guardiola
bayern loss, heard it here first
4-0 bayern. nobody beats us at home
@meycon True ! Let's hope the same 4-0 against Madrid last year, Unbeatable Bayern !
@GreatCharacter Last season all home games were won in this competition. In general, there are 85 victories in the last 100 home games, not unbeatable, but very strong.
@BS31 Not against teams like Real Madrid
@kummerspeck This statistic applies to all competitions in recent years, including teams like Barcelona, Madrid, Juventus, Arsenal, City & United. In addition - 0-4 was the first defeat in 11 previous home matches against Madrid.
Oh Jeez.. Debuchy will get absolutely roasted by Douglas Costa
it's difficult game for Arsenal. Bayern at home it's not more than 10% chance that will lose even if the opponent flying in the sky
2-0
1-2 Arsenal win
@Lyvan232 How ????
Whoscored's prediction last time: was 2:1 to Bayern. Now is 3:1! lol clearly have not seen Arsenal play lately!
@What4 they are fooled by media, they think champions league is a synonym to Budesliga, they will be ashamed, #yagunnerya
...that they have a right to beat us convincingly in both fixtures.
I think That Bayern is to mach hard for Arsenal and Back Bayern to Win 3-1
Bayern will crash wenger! 3/4-0
1-1
In this thread typically arrogant Bayern fans who are used to league where they hoover up all the best talent and stream roll teams that roll over and allow their bellies to be tickled for 3 points every weekend. Weak league.
@Overmars Fact is that Bundesliga owns the 2nd place in the UEFA ranking and that in a a couple of years Serie A will be 3rd.
@Overmars that weak league... yeah... leverkusen und schalke almost beat barca and real... so weak.. yeah you are right.. you did not see bayern playing at home am i right? so have fun tonight
@meycon- Almost doesn't mean a thing. I almost won the lottery, didn't though- so I'm still poor. :-p
That injury list though.... (For Arsenal)
@Overmars typical for them in a season
b munich 1 - 1 arsenal
Welp. Gonna predict a 2-2 draw, which may still not be enough for Arsenal to go through.
No bellerin, 5 - 1 bayern wins
@Derykonaldo so accurate
2 - 1 Bayern Munich Win.
This time Arsenal wont be as fortunate. 3-0 to Bayern at least.
@Castle Arsenal's chances were better? What the fuck are you smoking.. Arsenal has no chance the entire match, that one lucky goal opened up the entire field coz Bayern was in a rush to equalize. In no way Arsenal deserved a win, Cech however, did.
@Macchonk Did you miss the first half? I'm not saying Arsenal were superior, Bayern just couldn't move the ball quickly enough and made defending too easy. Arsenal's chances came through counter attacks in first period, although goals themselves were little untypical for the game.
@Castle I never saw Arsenal being better. To me Bayern was dominating and they had luck with both goals. We will see what happens in Munich :)
@albgunn bayern and real madrid have the best squads in the world right now.so your comment is invalid
People over estimate Bayern, their league is worthless and they win every match without effort. They are on the same level as Valencia/
@Beastador they need to come play epl one season,
@Beastador stupid comment.
@Beastador 4-1 celta vs barca.u mad bro.
@glenbayern 4-1 wolfsburg vs bayern u mad brah
@ChaoticReaper it was over a year ago bro... remember lewa 5 - 1 wolves
@SteveHyland 2-1 is a good scorline.
@bhushan73 Have a look below, it's Bayern fans who think their team is out of this world because week in week out they steam-roll a league they've helped to deplete.
@What4 and if arsenal was out of this world, why couldn't you win against west ham?
@bhushan73 Because our league has decent mid-table teams. Bundesliga is a joke other than Bayern and Dortmund. When was the last time a team outside of Bayern or Dortmund even made it to the CL final? Hamburg in the 80s? Moenchengladbach in the 70s?
@What4 i watch almost every game of bayern and arsenal, but i think bayern are better. But any team can't keep 100 % win record even though they are the best. Arsenal are very good, the match will be even, but i think bayern will win this. We lost against arsenal becoz their pressing game was better that day
Arsenal win.
I predicted the 2-0 result of the firs match, it will be a narrow win for Arsenal again, all the haters go get a life
@goonergunner do u think bayern wants to lose against arsenal?if bayern loses and olympiakos wins,olympiakos have a great chance to finish 1st and bayern doesnt want that.if bayern finish 2nd they have a big chance of drawing madrid or barca.we can lose once but we cant lose twice to arsenal.3-0 for bayern.attacking teams have nothing to do at the allianz arena.
Will arsenal play the same team as before ?
@hasan Hector Bellerin, Alex O-C injured and Theo Walcott out too so it's impossible to play the same team.
@hasan- I'll be surprised if it isn't the exact XI who played Swansea. Maybe slightly different formation in defence, with Coquelin in more of a de Rossi role and Cazorla and Oezil either side but the same personnel I suspect.
Bayern win, Arsenal wont even make europa. You heard it here.
@SteveHyland Yeah Arsenal don't need a price.
@Footballfanatic66 Arsenal will qualify. You heard it here
@Milann funny how youre not answering my question, i get what youre doing ;-) So ill assume you meant that Arsenal will qualify to the R16. Ill remember that and hold you to it :)
@Milann qualify for what? CL R16 or Europa?
It's Gonna be a Huge win for Bayern ! There is No Mercy and Arsenal Should be worry about staying in UCL, Once Again !
robben will be back then.lineup will look like this:Neuer,boateng,martinez,lahm,alaba,alonso,thiago,muller,costa,robben,lewandowski Bayern will be stronger this time.Arsenal are so inconsistent so 4-1 this time for bayern.
@glenbayern hey, im not familiar with bayern. Is that 4141 formation? And if not, isnt better when they play 433?
@Footballfanatic66 4-1-2-2-1 muller thiago - cam robben costa - wingers lewa - cf
@Footballfanatic66 no,its a 4231 form.better than 433
