Olympiacos
- Bayern Munich will be without Franck Ribery, Mario Gotze, Juan Bernat, Thiago and David Alaba for the reception of Olympiakos.
- Pep Guardiola likes to make changes to the system and personnel, so there could be many changes here.
- Rafinha is likely to start at left-back with Bernat and Alaba out injured. Arjen Robben could also be handed his first Champions League start of the season.
- The Greek side will travel without Giannis Maniatis and Andreas Bouchalakis, while Alberto Botia remains a huge doubt.
- Esteban Cambiasso and Omar Elabdellaoui will incur a ban with their next booking.
- Alejandro Domínguez has not featured since for nearly a month.
A 3rd of those who voted for a correct score were right. Luckily Bayern went down to 10 or it would've been 6, 7 or even 8. That's the thing which really sets the top teams (Bayern, Barcelona, sometimes Real Madrid) apart from the 2nd tier ones, they destroy sub-par opponents. It's easier to do with multiple world class players and of course, strength in depth like Munich, but there isn't that much between a top level team playing at their best and a 2nd tier one playing at their best apart from in how they treat poor opposition.
Badstuber did absolutely NOTHING !
Olympiakos should've just forfeited that way they'd lose 3-0...25 minutes in it's already 3-0. smh Bayern are something else.
4:0!
@albgunn Do you mean at half time or after 90 min?
3-2
Olympiakos will play defense and Bayern is not obliged to be in full attacking mode. I will risk here the U 3.5 goals and just a fum bet at the draw which will be beneficial for both teams.
@Betmenu How is your bet working out?
Bayern only need 1 point to proceed to the next round and they will definitely aim to get it. Olympiakos also want the points because they also only need one point to go to the next round in the UCL and will be motivated to do so against Bayern. However Bayern are clearly the strongest in the group and will outclass Olympiakos on top of the fact that they are at home. Not too much of challenge for Bayern. 3-0.
coman or costa man of the match
maybe 7+ game ? XD
At least three.
4 - 1 Bayern Munich Win :)
Clear 4-0...Bayern loves making some crash wins during home games in UCL.
Gonna go with a conservative prediction of 4-0. Olympiakos don't have it in them to defend for 90 minutes and once the 1st goal goes in, I expect a few more in quick succession. Lewandowski, Mueller and Costa have been impressive thus far so 1 of them MotM. Really bold of me. Ha
It's obvious that Bayern are the strongest in this group, and after beating a whole-team-injured Arsenal, Olympiakos can't cause any problem.
@futballstar- Yeah and Munich wont capitulate like we did at home either. Olympiakos have nothing Munich should be scared of, they just have to remain "professional".
@futballstar there were only 3 starters injured.and if arsenal can beat anybody when they are inform why couldnt beat bayern?
bayern will win by a 4+ goal margin.
