Team News

  • On Thursday Toulouse completed the signing of Lens full-back Serge Aurier and he could make his debut against Caen.
  • Emmanuel Riviere is still a doubt after being injured late last year. Umut Bulut finished the year well and should continue up front.
  • Toulouse will be without Cheikh M’Bengue, Aymen Abdennour and Mohamed Fofana as they are playing at the African Cup of Nations.
  • It is unclear if Franck Dumas even knows his best eleven anymore. Nothing seems to click recently. Don't be surprised to see multiple changes to the side that played last weekend.

Prediction

  • Le Téfécé’s form has been indifferent of late. With only one win in the last five games Alain Casanova really needs to rally the troops and find some consistency.
  • Toulouse's defence has been torn apart by the African Cup of Nations and the early season stability is gone with the goals also drying up. One solace is the poor form of their opponents Caen.
  • Franck Dumas' side have gone 10 games without a win and the football, at times, has been awful. The excellent play of Frederic Bulot and Romain Hamouma has disappeared. This could be Casanova’s chance.
  • WHOSCORED.COM Predicts: Toulouse win 2-0
