Prediction
- Lecce achieved even more than expected with a total three points in the matches against Udinese and Inter, but they are still far from safe as Siena are three points ahead with one match still to play. Cosmi has, however, done a great job in making his team believe that they can still avoid relegation despite a very bad start.
- After three consecutive draws, which also stretches to four unbeaten matches in a row, Bologna are still sitting pretty comfortably in the table, with 5 points more than Lecce and one match more to play. However, losing this match could affect team morale and confidence, so it is mandatory for the away side not to concede points to their rivals.
- Expect Lecce to attack from the first minute, trying to exploit the flanks, especially with Cuadrado's speed on the right side. Bologna will defend the goal and attempt to counter-attack when given the opportunity, relying on their two trequartistas, who are finally both fit to play. Unless they commit some mistakes at the start, Lecce should be able to win the match with the help of the crowd, which have finally stopped protesting against the board and started supporting the team.
