England have been hit by the news that Frank Lampard has had to withdraw from the squad with a thigh injury, with Jordan Henderson as his replacement. He joins Gareth Barry on the sidelines, who was replaced by Jagielka earlier in the week.
Wayne Rooney, Scott Parker and Glen Johnson remain doubtful, though the rest of Lampard's Chelsea teammates come back into contention having been rested against Norway.
Danny Welbeck will hope to start instead of Andy Carroll up front, with Oxlade-Chamberlain also keen for more game time.
The likes of Daniel van Buyten and Chelsea youngsters Courtois and De Bruyne are not in the squad to face England.
Both Thomas Vermaelen and Vincent Kompany are struggling for fitness at centre-back, so Tottenham fans will hope to get a glimpse of Jan Vertonghen, with Ajax teammate Alderweireld sidelined.
Belgium are spoiled for choice in central midfield, with the likes of Fellaini, Witsel, Dembele, Defour, Nainggolan and Simons all vying for places.
Prediction
England will have set this friendly up just before the Euros knowing that they will be testing themselves against a very decent Belgian squad. Hodgson will hope that it doesn't backfire in his first game in charge at Wembley.
With a few absentees through injury, England look understrength and Belgium have an extremely strong looking side despite also having key players carrying knocks.
In quite a turn for the books in an England international, there will be plenty of eyes on an opponent in the form of Eden Hazard, who is close to sealing a move to Chelsea and could come up against a few potential teammates come Saturday, and who's to say he can't outfox them.
