Joachim Low has a decision to make as to who to start at right-back after Lars Bender produced an assured, goalscoring display in the absence of the suspended Boateng, who returns for the quarter-final.
The Leverkusen-man, along with Ozil and Schweinsteiger, sat out of training early in the week to recover and should all be fit to face Greece.
The likes of Klose, Reus and Gotze continue to keep the pressure on Gomez and Muller in the first team, and Klose could well start this one to keep Mario Gomez fresh for potentially tougher games
Though the Greek's may line-up in their usual 4-3-3 there is little doubt that the system will be more of a 4-5-1 against the tournament's joint-favourites Germany.
Santos will be bemoaning the fact that captain Karagounis was wrongly booked in the game with Russia, as he will now miss this game along with left-back Holebas.
While Tzavellas will keep his place in the side at full-back, the spot in midfield in place of Karagounis is potentially up for grabs, with the likes of Makos and Fotakis in contention ahead of more attacking options such as Fortounis, Fetfatzidis or Ninis.
Prediction
There is no doubt that Greece will play a combative side against the Germans, hoping to flood the midfield and stifle the threat of the likes of Ozil and Schweinsteiger.
Santos will hope his side can profit from a set piece or opposition error to gain the lead, and then defend until the final whistle as they did so valiantly in the surprise victory over Russia.
The Germans will be patient as ever and dominate the possession throughout the game. They will get their chances, and assuming Gomez and co. are on form in front of goal, realistically they should sail through to the semis.

@AndreyNosatii To be fair, most of his keypasses were very easy, as were his 2 assists.
@AndreyNosatii these are just nubmers. ozil playes under his abilities and cant add creativity. just lots of useless km and easy passes.
