Team News
Sunderland
QPR
- Lee Cattermole and John O'Shea were withdrawn during the loss to West Brom at the weekend due to respective knee and calf injuries, and are severe doubts to face QPR.
- Larsson will likely move in field to partner Colback in the middle, with Johnson moving to the right and James McClean returning in on the left.
- Titus Bramble will come in if O'Shea isn't available, while otherwise, Martin O'Neill will likely stick with his usual team.
- Harry Redknapp takes charge of his first game in charge of QPR with a tough trip to Sunderland, and it will be interesting to see how his team selection differs from that of Mark Hughes.
- Park Ji-Sung could be back in contention after a while out with a knee injury. He missed the chance to return to Old Trafford at the weekend but is thought to be back and has a chance of playing.
- Jose Bosingwa sat out at the weekend due to illness but should be available.
- There is little knowing what surprises Redknapp will spring, but Ryan Nelsen may be favoured at the back. Redknapp signed the New Zealander at Spurs and is known to rate him, while it is unclear whether the manager will play Adel Taarabt, after falling out with him at Tottenham.
Harry Redknapp - you've got a big job on your hands
