Team News

  • The likes of Hernandez, Graham and Vorm remain doubtful, though Wayne Routledge should be back available and could regain his place on the left.
  • After coming off the bench to make an impact at Arsenal, Luke Moore may earn a start ahead of Shechter up front, supported by top scorer Michu.
  • Gerhard Tremmel should keep his place in goal for now, despite Vorm's impending return to fitness, with Swansea having conceded just 7 goals in their last 9 games in all competitions.
  • With no fresh injury concerns, Chris Hughton is likely to stick with the same XI that stretched their unbeaten run to 8 league games with a win over Sunderland.
  • Mark Bunn will continue to deputise for the injured John Ruddy, given the nod ahead of youngster Declan Rudd.
  • The likes of Howson, Elliott Bennett and Morison will have to continue to wait for their chances to impress from the bench.

Prediction

  • In Norwich's recent incredible unbeaten streak it is worth noting that all of their 4 wins in that run have come at home having drawn their last 4 on the road.
  • In fact, the Canaries are yet to win away from home this season and they face a Swansea side unbeaten in their last 5 league games at the Liberty Stadium.
  • With Michu back in goalscoring form the hosts will fancy their chances against a Norwich side that will still need to come to terms fully with the loss of John Ruddy in goal, and Norwich's fantastic run could come to an end this weekend.

  • I like these anlyses, but I'm surprised you don't mention that Norwich did the double over Swansea last year. Yes, Swansea scored 2 at home last time, but Norwich scored 3!
