Vicente Del Bosque has a settled starting XI, with the only debate over whether to begin the game with a recognised striker in Fernando Torres or a fluid front three, with Fabregas leading the line.
The former is perhaps the favoured option, though Llorente and Negredo are also waiting in the wings should he slip up.
Jesus Navas may have played himself into contention with a winning goal from the bench against Croatia, though any changes outside of the central striker role seem very unlikely, with a fully fit squad to choose from.
The only absentee for France is set to be Philippe Mexes, whose second yellow card of the tournament against Sweden sees him suspended for this game.
With no other real alternatives, Arsenal's Laurent Koscielny will therefore have the chance to prove that he is worthy of a place in the XI should Blanc's side progress.
Hatem Ben Arfa didn't really take his chance to impress last time out, so either Malouda or Menez could return, though Blanc could also go like-for-like against the Spaniard's with a defensive trio in midfield and three up front.
Prediction
Spain's route to the quarter-finals was not as plain-sailing as expected, with Croatia within one-goal of knocking the reigning champions out in the final group game.
France looked impressive despite only managing a draw with England before a comfortable win over Ukraine. However, a lacklustre display and defeat to Sweden has cast doubts over their credentials to go all the way.
Blanc's side do not have a defensive outlook and their best players undoubtedly play higher up the pitch. Therefore they are unlikely to merely try and contain Spain, so this should lead to chances at either end in what should be an entertaining game.

Dispossessed 10 times, 8 turnovers, 1 successful cross out of 7 - Ribery's had a mare!
France's '4-3-2-1' formation is very debatable though!
WOW! Franck Ribery is just 5.7? ? Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! !
GREAT SPAIN!!!
Zlakto, wrong pass, fouls, no shoot, no aerial duels won. Everything counts.
lol why does Ribery has such a shitty rating?
"why fabregas for silva?" my comment was right and the 6 people who click dislike dont know spains team :-)
Right in the middle of the game, Alba has two assists while the game is 1-o for Spain. :p
For France it semmes it'll be
LLoris - Clichy, Koscielny, Rami, Reveillere - M'Vila - Cabaye, Malouda - Ribéry, Debuchy - Benzema in a 4-3-3
2:1 after extra time France!
