Real Sociedad
Rayo Vallecano
- Real Sociedad picked up their first win on the road this season with a 2-1 success away at Malaga last time out and are now looking to turn around their home form after two successive 1-0 defeats.
- The Basques will be boosted by the return of Claudio Bravo after nearly two months out with a broken forearm, but top-scorer Antoine Griezmann is still doubtful with a thigh injury.
- Imanol Agirretxe is also expected to reclaim his place in favour of Diego Ifran, but Ruben Pardo should continue in midfield in the absence of Markel Bergara.
- Rayo made it back-to-back wins with a 3-2 victory over Celta Vigo last weekend to move into seventh.
- Leo Baptistao and Piti were again among the goals as the Madrid side staged a stunning second-half fightback from 2-0 down and Paco Jemez is expected to name the same XI that started against Celta.
