Team News

  • Di Natale and Basta only played in the second half against Anzhi, so they should be available for this match.
  • Armero played the whole match, so he could be replaced by Pasquale.
  • Barreto or Fabbrini will partner Di Natale up front, as Muriel is still injured.
  • Bonera is expected to miss the trip to Udine, so Mexes and Yepes should play at centre-back.
  • Montolivo could get back his place in the midfield, with De Jong starting on the bench.
  • El Shaarawy or Bojan to partner Pazzini up front, as Pato and Robinho are still unavailable.

Prediction

  • Udinese earned a well-deserved point against Anzhi in the final minutes of their Europa League match. That could be a little boost for Guidolin's team to take back into their domestic campaign.
  • Allegri seems to be under pressure after an alleged fight with Filippo Inzaghi. The club called on them for an interview with the club's TV Channel, but clearly the team's performances combined with a bad atmosphere off the pitch are putting the manager's job at risk.
  • Both teams need to win to restore confidence after a bad start to the season. Milan still look as if they don't know what their attacking tactics are, while Udinese are still recovering from the wound that the Champions League playoff left. The match will be decided by single incidents rather than superior performances, so the team committing less mistakes will be the winning one.

  • Milan had a good game, at least better than previous the others. We were unlucky.

  • I agree, we could fix many things if we would have Robinho and Pato available. But, we can't fix our game with Allegri, so I hope he gets fired so we could have Tassotti to fix our tactical problems.

  • @SignorEskola Milan are missing Robinho and Pato sooooo much. Shame Milan dont have any proper wingers to turn to a 4-4-2. 4-3-1-2 is a horrible tactic if you do not have the creativity up front.

  • Yepes is injured and he hasn't been included to the squad heading to Udine. Probably Acerbi will partner Mexés on the left while Mexés plays on the right side. De Jong is a doubt, Bonera is not injured (has been named in the squad), but still a doubt imo. I anticipate 1-0 victory for Udinese, because our playmaking and build-up play has no creativity at all. Because we've no creativity, we don't have any good chances to score. We need Robinho and Pato back and change formation to 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1 or 4-2-1-3.
