Where is Hart's error leading to goal?

i see a tough game.. remember city is playin an away game,,that should help ajax and d extra pressure on mancini's men to creep into final 16..
well i guess people aren't allowed to have opinions anymore
city might lose this one too because the pressure is on them to get those 3 points and will want to attack Ajax which then leaves room for Ajax to get them on the counter
