It remains to be seen whether Rubin will field a strong line-up in an attempt to secure top spot in the group and if they do Bocchetti, Navas and Sharonov will compete for the two centre-back places.
Gokdeniz Karadeniz should continue to play on the right, with Kasaev favoured over Gokhan Tore on the left.
Salomon Rondon will lead the line with either Eremenko or Dyadyun in support.
With Handanovic rested, along with the likes of Samuel, Cassano and Milito, either Luca Castellazzi or Vid Belec will play in goal.
Stramaccioni is likely to give youngsters Simone Pasa and Marco Benassi a chance to impress, while Livaja will keep his place at the head of a very young Inter side.
The likes of Philippe Coutinho and Alvaro Pereira, who have featured heavily in the Europa League should also be in the side once again.
Prediction
This may be a strange game come Thursday with both teams all but certain to progress beyond the group stages, but this is likely to decide who will finish the group in pole position.
Inter will be resting a whole raft of players so the hosts may hope to get the better of an inexperienced team and avoid the Champions League dropouts in the next knockout round.
The Italian's have been impressive in the competition as they have showcased a lot of their young stars but still had very few troubles up to now, and this should be a fairly open game.
