@dSquib I'll be honest. I'm more worried about Shane Longs performances now. He is yet to score & we need to remember he cost £12million which seems alot when you compare that to other clubs transfer fees.
@dSquib That was me. I said that after the West Brom & Liverpool games where he was useless. He las lacking pace & physicality. I couldn't be happier to eat my words though, as a lifelong Southampton fan I am very pleased that his 4 goals in his last 3 games has completely revitalised him. Onwards & upwards. However, I'm not getting carried away with a 4-0 victory over Newcastle as we hammered them the last 2 seasons.
they forgot about no. 5 player's subtitution, Florin Gardos. It's his first match in Premier League
I'm impressed with Southampton. Even though they lost several important players, they looks like can mount a serious threat as underdog to big teams.
PARDEW OUT
There was a Southampton fan on here two weeks ago saying Pellè already looked a "waste of money". Show yourself. . .

@morningstar Ha, fair enough. He's a Luca Toni type I thought. He'll look average until he bags a brace every couple games.
