The first Anderlecht goal was miles offside and I can't for the life of me see what the linesman saw to rule it onside. That being said, we were still 2 goals up and should've closed the game out. A Mourinho-led team would've finished that game, closed down the midfield and defended tightly so Anderlecht didn't get a sniff. We, however, kept it open & attacking and couldn't close down the midfield because we don't have a top notch defensive midfielder. After Monreal gave away the penalty, I think the majority of Arsenal fans could see an equaliser coming. On the plus side, we should still go through albeit 2nd; Sanchez, Chamberlain and Welbeck were good & (most importantly) my 3-0 prediction was right. Even if it's for only 15 minutes, I'll take it!
@Nemeth I would not start poldi, being his huge fan I still believe he has to improve his tackling and defensive contribution. Plus to play poldi it means you need to creat a lot of chances inside the box.
@Nemeth- I would rest both Welbeck and Sanchez. Danny has played a run of games for the first time in his career and Sanchez has been running around like a man possessed and you're right we should win this game easily without either of em. I predict 3-0.
Arsenal do not play with any intensity, it seems to me Arsene has either instructed them not or they are avoiding injury, I wouldn't be surprised with a draw or narrow 2-1.
@spursman bit of a generalization right there old chap, obviously you ain't seen any of Alexis' games lately. He's pretty intense on anyone's book. I think anderlacht gonna struggle against the pace. Poldi will be up for it again, seems every minute he gets he's saying look at me boss, why you not letting me start,, nearly broke Burley's upright with a right bolt
Defour is out injured! So is m.Suarez. Even with Defour in their side, Arsenal have too much quality to dominate in the middle. Now imagine without Defour how much Anderlecht will struggle. An easy win for Arsenal.
2 more exiting matches to go, win/draw in Galatasaray gives 1/8 and then Borrussia !
@wladi83 You mean in Istanbul?
LOOOOOL

Fixed Draw. Wenger is a business man.
playing like a biatch
Ha, ha ...
controversial first goal and penalty... AGAIN though, we should have won this easily
Laugh out Loud
LOl, ARSEnal
Should have called hector in for additional defence instead of rosicky
Alexis you absolute Legend
Alexis London again :>
5-0
Top Match with only one team on the pitch? Even juventus-olympiacos is more interesting.
@Terry they were right, it was an exciting match
I think we should play, martinez, gibbs, monreal, per, chambers, arteta, flamini, ramsey, cazorla, ox, and welback.
I would start Podolski over Welbeck, he was more influental in 10 mins than Welbz Lets give Sanchez a break, we have to win this without him
