Team News
CSKA Moscow
Roma
- The hosts will be without injured duo Rasmus Elm and Bibras Natkho for the welcome of Roma.
- Pontus Wernbloom is a doubt, but is expected to feature alongside Alan Dzagoev in midfield.
- Seydou Doumbia should spearhead the attack.
- Rudi Garcia is set to recall Francesco Totti and Gervinho to the starting XI after both missed the weekend 2-1 win against Atalanta.
- The Roma boss will be without Leandro Castan, Vasilis Torosidis, Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa and Marco Borriello through injury, while Maicon is a doubt.
- Kevin Strootman is closing in on a return to fitness, but is not yet ready to return to action.
De Sanctis should've been benched after 1-7 with Bayern. That was neither strong or very accurate, but it was too much for him ... Skorupski is Roma's future.
Another game where the russians once again will show that their cash won't get them anywhere. It would be fun with a little surprise here but I just don't believe in em.
@Terry actually CSKA has no cash.
Should be an open game, both teams to score & over 2.5 goals seem like the logical outcome. Harder to predict who will win but Roma is closer to win I think. I will avoid 1X2 and stick to goals.
Roma win 2-1. Forza Roma!
Torosidis is injured, Florenzi should play on his position.
and Borrriello is not injured!
