it is quite hard to imagine Arbeloa as a left back. who knows? maybe he'll play in midfield some day! he couldn't send a ball from the left hand side, he attempted one though but that one hit the front man. Denis's talent is being wasted in the team. Rafa doesn't like the boy much
@asinko "typical" RONALDO wants to score 3 against every other team....some time it happens and some time it doesn't.
Agreed its weakest in group but PSG won by 2-0 so don't under estimate Malmo.
CR7 play to SCORE he wants to score in each and every match.
@asinko If it was easy scoring any number of goals against any side featuring in the Champions League or La Liga then other players too should be winning the top scorer price but as you see Messi and Ronaldo are dominating everything they participate in, meaning that they are a cut above the rest and anything but respect for their talent and work is unjustified to say the least.
@Tyrion_Lannister I didn't mean that scoring against small teams is something to be proud of. Obviously its the games that are decisive that matter for trophies. What i meant is that, if scoring against regular opponents was that easy than other players would at least be close to Messi and Ronaldo's numbers on a regular basis. I was merely trying to point out to @asinko that "typical ronaldo will score 3 against weakest side in grp stages" is rather inaccurate and does not show the appropriate respect to a Swedish side who is participating in the Champions League group stages, a competition matched by no other on a club level.
@Turan You must feel that CR7 does try a lot harder than Messi against small teams. I feel like cr7 is stat padding sometimes. I feel that Messi plays football to win and cr7 plays football to break records.
Malmo are going to defend deep and try to play on the counter, as most teams usually do against Real Madrid. Real Madrid should be able to create chances but the outcome and the score of this game will depend on the accuracy of Ronaldo and co's finishing. Logically there should be no surprises, Real Madrid should dominate posession, have most of the chances, keep a clean sheet, score 2-3 goals, Ronaldo might get a couple and perhaps Benzema one aswell. If the score and the pace of the game allows, Benitez should sub off some of the key midfield players namely Modric,Kroos,Isco so that they can recover for the next game against Atletico Madrid.
@asinko i will agree with you that Cheryshev should get more mins. Especially in home matches Benitez should not be afraid of using 2 of the not so used players.
@Turan I think Kovacic (Cheryshev), Casilla and Casemiro will debut at first :) Ronaldo needs to score a hattrick to relax and break some records to make him make confident while Messi are injured.
Take a bow ronaldo

Malmo 0-4 real Madrid. Ronaldo Hattrick.
@fatehezio Close enough xD
Real & under 3,5 goals for @2,6 at Bet365 :)
Who dare downvoting my comment?! Clearly a good bet as bet365 now only offer the same bet @2,4! :)
I expect CSKA Moscow to win or Draw ••• Real Madrid to score over 1,5 ••• Atlético Madrid to Win or Draw ====== @1.67
Come on Ron
They're reduced the size of the pitch to curtail real madrid wingers and wingbacks
Malmo the swedish champs are waiting to get hammered.

@asinko yet he has the most goals in knockout stages of the champions league against top teams.

@Turan Also good to see you back, hope you are doing good.
@Turan Thats true but would you take scoring in decisive matches against big teams or slaughtering small teams for records to show?

@tdkhaihcm i dont think Benitzez will start the game with 4 players that usually come in from the bench. At best Kovacic and Casemiro might start.
