I have nothing against Man utd, but whenever i see Fail-aini on the team sheet i have absolutely no faith in a win for you.
Fellaini should have got a red card yet again tonight for 2 blatant elbows.
Man Utd have been pretty active in social media and they seem to be ready for this match. However, i think Liverpool will not make so huge mistakes and with away goal will progress to the next round. Could be 1-1 draw with Martial scoring, but Liverpool to go to the next round!
@Underpauler MU will throw his strength at the beginning of the game to score. If they get there anything can happen. If Liverpool score first it can be 0-3, that 's a strange reality.
I wouldn't be surprised if Klopp reverted to a 4-3-3 for this game with Lucas as the lone holding midfielder. When he used it earlier in the season against Man City, it was effective because Man City tried and failed to play out of the pressure. Taking into account Liverpool's aerial duel success rate compared to Man Utd's, pressing them in a 4-3-3 could work very well no matter how United responds to the pressure. And also considering that United's confidence is low going into this, a few mistakes from Smalling or others might prove costly over the entire game.
I really don't understand why everybody is so sure of the Liverpool victory. Just check the last games between these teams . MU loose on the first round, so it's a motivation to win this one. Anyway, maybe a draw but Liverpool will not win, or if they do it LVG must go home directly.
An early goal from LFC will kill the tie. An early goal for MUFC will make the tie very interesting. I expect it to start off cagey with United taking more and more risks trying to get back into the tie.
@sarigginsUSA And why do you think so? Because when you see the points won between the 6 top Premier League teams, United have won the most, exactly against good teams United play their best football. Don't talk rubbish just because ur a hater ;)
Let's be honest here: this game was great until United gave up.
Well,at least I was right about Coutinho MOTM! What a goal that was, too!

Such a pity. If United played like this in the first game they could have had a chance of going through, and making this tie interesting
Wow, a ref that actually books Fellaini for elbowing someone. English refs, are you watching?
Great goal from Coutinho.
Man U Needs this win.
@ZcodeSportSystem.com No, they don`t just need a win, they need a 4-1 win ! So actually they don`t need a win ...
Liverpool are through. Sorry if i spoiled the outcome.
1-2
Man U still have hopes (i.e. delusions) of finishing in the top 4, so Liverpool will walk all over them here.
I'm going for a draw in this one. Manchester United has got many injuries. It's gonna be 1-1
@310381 impressive jedi prediction
@310381 good call
make this like a Bayern vs Juve tie at Old Trafford. 2:0 United and go extra time! would be nice to watch some football!
How i want to say about this game. Emm... This will be hard fought battle but Man United will win this game and Liverpool get a consolidate goal. 3-1.
Do they pick those expected lineups purely mathematically?
Man utd 2-1 liverpool go thru.

@Underpauler That is spot on, well done sir!

Liverpool will go through
Away 0-2

UNITED will win this but 2-1 or 3-1. We need a new team with new trainer, coming soon....

@splash The last LFC loss in this fixture was painfully undeserved. Plus, the only thing that matters is the present.
0-0............motm: mata

Oh, and Coutinho MOTM. And if not, it will be Firmino or Sturridge.
Liverpool will win this, 3-1. United are pathetic when faced against good opposition.

@JBukovski Oh, and who has the better manager? ;)
@JBukovski ahem, who has scored more goals this season? Who beat Leicester? Who smashed Man City at the Etihad?
Red Devils Win 100%
3-0 to Liverpool
this means Liverpool already progressed to next round this time?
3-0
@KDKMan Not a chance mate. Sorry to break it to you, but your manager is LVG. You will be poor throughout.
