- Unai Emery will make some changes in the full-back positions against Bordeaux and may also be tempted to rest one of Thiago Silva or Marquinhos before their involvement with the Brazilian national team.
- Hatem Ben Arfa, whose expected return to action was delayed by a fibula injury in midweek, has a small chance of featuring and will be assessed along with Jesé and Adrien Rabiot.
