Montpellier
- Olivier Dall'Oglio will need to cope with Florent Balmont's absence in midfield by either reverting to a 4-4-2 formation or by calling upon Johan Gastien in his current 4-3-3 tactic.
- Marvin Martin, Julio Tavares and Arnold Bouka-Moutou are still out, while Romain Amalfitano seems strongly unlikely to feature despite his latest positive scans.
- The rest of the side should be identical to the one that triumphed 3-0 over Rennes last time around.
- Daniel Congré will be sidelined for a month with a thigh injury sustained only five minutes into the clash against Metz last week, which should see William Rémy lining up next to Hilton in the meantime.
- Stéphane Sessegnon was reunited with Frédéric Hantz after joining Montpellier on a free transfer this week but is likely to wait until after the international break to make his debut.
- In the meantime, Hantz will have to make do with the same attacking personnel that failed to score against Metz at the weekend.
