Team News
Montpellier
Marseille
- Laurent Pionnier will temporarily remain between the sticks while first-choice goalkeeper Geoffrey Jourdren restores his confidence over the international break.
- Ryad Boudebouz, Paul Lasne, Mathieu Deplagne, Ellyes Skhiri and Steve Mounié are all expected to be available against l'OM having missed the recent trip to Lorient at the last minute due to a virus.
- Frédéric Hantz is still without William Rémy, Yacouba Sylla and Casimir Ninga, while Daniel Congré is likely to remain sidelined having only just returned to training.
- Rudi Garcia has confirmed that Bafétimbi Gomis' thigh injury - while not serious - will probably keep him out of the trip to Montpellier. Aaron Leysa Iseka could get the nod up front, unless the new OM boss decides to move one of Romain Alessandrini, Florian Thauvin or Rémy Cabella in a false 9 role.
- Clinton N'Jie, Hiroki Sakai and William Vainqueur are not expected to return straight back into the XI if available having spent most of the week separately from the squad.
- This should benefit the likes of Rod Fanni, Maxime Lopez and perhaps Bouna Sarr on Friday evening.
Montepellier have been knuckle heads of late. They're have really fought. But we have to agree with each other thier defense is leaking. Marseille look promising. And i wouldn't expect them to loose today with a new promising coach. But they have a good record against Montepellier. I would say Marsaille win.
Frederic Hantz has declared that Montpellier is capable to Win 2-2 draw at Lorient is a sign of improvment of Montpellier play Morgan Sanson is in great shape I tinhk Montpellier win this
Draw.. Thank me later
@GoldRush u predict almost all games a draw, have u any arguments about these games or was it first think to came up ur mind?
Frederic Hantz isn't anywhere, he is serving the first match of a five-match ban.
Montpllier win 2-0
If you expect a win from Marseille they loose, and if you expect they loose they can do something..... So i will say a big draw because nothing is sure...
