Leicester
- Lynden Gooch is sidelined for the forseeable future after being stretchered off with a serious ankle injury in a game for the Sunderland reserves in midweek.
- Sunderland can welcome back Papy Djilobodji after he missed their 2-0 defeat to Liverpool at the weekend through suspension. He could slot straight back into the back four at John O'Shea's expense.
- David Moyes will be hoping to be able to call upon Jan Kirchoff and Sebastian Larsson for this match after the duo have stepped up their return to injury with Sunderland's under age groups in recent weeks.
- Lee Cattermole is sidelined for four months following hip surgery, while Fabio Borini is also ruled out. Jack Rodwell, Vito Mannone are also doubts ahead of Saturday's match. Paddy McNair's season looks to be over with cruciate knee ligament damage.
- Danny Drinkwater serves the second of his three-match ban here, which means Andy King and Daniel Amartey should continue at the heart of Leicester's midfield.
- The trip to Sunderland may come just too soon for Kasper Schmeichel to return between the sticks, with Ron-Robert Zieler set for another game.
- Islam Slimani came off the bench to score in Leicester's 2-2 draw with Middlesbrough last time out, which was his first appearance for the Foxes since the start of November. He looks set to return to the starting XI, which could come at the expense of Jamie Vardy, who has struggled to rediscover his goalscoring form from last season.
- Nampalys Mendy has trained all week but is likely to build up his return to first-team action with minutes from the bench over the coming weeks. Ben Chilwell is also in contention but isn't fit enough to complete 90 minutes.
You know you're pants when you're losing to Sunderland.
I wouldn't pick Sunderland to win. I understand Leciester have lost all of thier away games except Spurs where they picked a draw but I don't think it's the side that would flatter against Sunderland. I think Leciester haven't won an away game and I would pick them to register thier fast here. Maybe 1-2 or 2-2
I will go FIRST WIN LESTER as guest.
Vardy will play and score, 100%. Rest too complicated
