@Footballfanatic66 The only sad thing is that you are still around here to dispose your daily garbage. Lots of people would be happy if you would do that somewhere else, maybe your family...
@dSquib- Pretty much identical to Mertesacker. Both have all the defensive skills you'd need...... in the 90s. Unfortunately modern managers have the defensive line higher and therefore defenders without pace sometimes look poor. In defensive setups, Juventus & Atletico Madrid for example, those type of players would/do look good, but with attacking managers they can get exposed.
@SteveHyland Uhhh what defensive skills? The Premier League must be a joke if Ranocchia ends up being a success for Hull. Legit one of the worst CB's I have ever seen on a team in one of the top leagues. And yes I watched him play pretty much every game. He literally hasn't had one good game in the past year... Btw Anyone here want to say Conte isn't one of the best managers in the league (and that Klopp is better?) Because i'll never get over those idiots that said that.
@Calcio_Guy He was good at Bari along with Bonucci and his best spell at Inter came with Mazzarri, though Inter were poor he looked much better in a defensive and frankly stodgy set up. His howlers, and there were many, were almost always when Inter were controlling a game and in possession. It's nothing new. In the PL people complain that players like Scott Dann and Shawcross don't get the respect they deserve but they'd be out of their depth at a bigger club. Defending at smaller clubs isn't easier as such, or harder, but different.
@dSquib Completely agree with this. But let me remind you that Ranocchia hasn't had ONE good game in over a year. He is exposed week after week. He doesn't tackle properly and can't dribble or pass and doesn't even usual win aerial duals despite his height. He has been a complete joke for a while now. Yes he was good for Bari but that was over 6 years ago.
Oh dam, this was an English forum.. haha!
Translation:
They missed Wijnaldum on CM. He is a good link between defense and attack.
Henderson is defensively better, but he can't pass.
@JohnBenjamin TBH I want Wijnaldum and Lallana at RCM and LCM respectively and then Emre Can/Henderson rotating at CDM. Klopp said in his press conference that he needed "a few minutes" to figure out how to get back on track, so I'm assuming sometime in the next 3-4 games that their will be a formation change of some sort. I would like to see 4-2-3-1 again, with Can deeper of the two CDMs, Henderson as the box-to-box CM, Coutinho, Lallana, Mane at LAM, CAM, and RAM respectively, and Firmino ST. Also, Lucas shouldn't be playing. He's shit every time he does and I'd much rather see Joe Gomez fill in at CB since he's a younger prospect who needs game time, and because he's been great any time he's played.
@footballover No ! He can only blame himself for such a dismal philosophy of football ! Only pressing, counterpressing, running....No finesse or creativity. Boring football ...
@footballover Only in the beginning, don't you remember? The year he left Dortmund dropped down to 17th place. They managed to climb up a bit again but the lack of creativity was obvious, plus that Klopp never had a plan B. When confronted with the accusation than Dortmund has no creative midfielders he always replied " Counterpressing is the best playmaker ". Same stuff here now..
@neumi17 And it has served him very well. He'll need to adapt for the winter schedule because it's simply too crowded to press every game, but the rest of the time he can set up teams the normal way. What he means by the counter-pressing is the best playmaker is that pressing creates space by pinning back opponents, then playmakers like Coutinho and Lallana will have more time and space to do what they want. So, in an indirect sense, it is the best playmaker. It's really no different to how Pep sets his teams up, except Klopp's teams don't play needless passes, they are much more direct. That's why we always end games with so many shots.
Yes, Hull have improved but still they lack quality. Man Utd with silly coach (all to Ibramugovic tactics) is not the same as Klopp, who might have struggled in the winter break time, but after draw against Chelsea should find narrow win here. 0-1 1-2
These are the type of teams Klopp teams tend to drop points against. Hull have been passing the ball better since Phelan was sacked but I think they will be defensive here. Interestingly, despite Hull being bottom they have the BEST record in terms of defensive errors. Only 5 total (joint best in the league with West Brom) with 0 leading to a goal (best in the league). Liverpool on the other hand have made 12 (3rd worst in the league) with 6 leading to a goal (2nd worst in the league behind West Ham on 10). 0-0 or 1-1. Went for 1-1. Liverpool's lack of inventive CMs makes breaking down a team who defend in numbers on more than one occasion unlikely.
@SteveHyland- * I assume Hull will be defensive because of their results against better teams when they've tried to play. If they are open, Liverpool will win by 3 but that would be suicide from Marco Silva imo.
Well, this is one tough game to predict. Hull are playing successfully against Pool at home. Pool are also not experiencing their best lately. In my opinion the best bet here would be BTTS.
liverpool should work on finishing
@shakes Liverpool should work on creating too, actually more urgently ...
@neumi17 kid, dont you have other things to do? Youre here all the time. Sad.
@Footballfanatic66 The only sad thing is that you are still around here to dispose your daily garbage. Lots of people would be happy if you would do that somewhere else, maybe your family...
Grosicki good debut!
@bbj he's a fighter. Need more confidence as it was debut I think he will get better and better.
Ha! Ranocchia is a rock so long as he's nowhere near the half way line, which at Hull shouldn't be an issue.

Go go Marco Silva
Classy from Looserpool!

De saknade Wijnaldum på CM. Han är en bra link mellan försvaret och anfall. Henderson kan inte passa ...
BPL is tough to predict but one thing is predictable - arsenal and Liverpool will slip at some stage no matter if they go top somehow :D
Liverpool is back!!!!
I think many Liverpool players play out of position. And that doesn't sound familiar for some and it's the reason why only mané can play quick.
Klopp the fraud
@mIKe9441 Klopp can only blame himself for joining such a crap club
@footballover No ! He can only blame himself for such a dismal philosophy of football ! Only pressing, counterpressing, running....No finesse or creativity. Boring football ...
@neumi17 , he was a success in Dortmund . Why on earth he left a mid level team ?
@footballover Only in the beginning, don't you remember? The year he left Dortmund dropped down to 17th place. jesus.. what happened with liverpool this year , lol
@XsTream they do it every year
liverpool is a joke in 2017!! :)))))))))))))))))
Liverpool can N'Diaye when they want
Is grosicki good signing ???? What do you think???
@Destin Yes.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHASHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Why is'nt Lovren?
@Homayoon Knee problem
1-2 for Liverpool
It's appropriate that Hull's colours are black and yellow because they are another potential banana skin for Liverpool.
1-3 pool
Hull 0 - 1 Liverpool
Yes, Hull have improved but still they lack quality. Man Utd with silly coach (all to Ibramugovic tactics) is not the same as Klopp, who might have struggled in the winter break time, but after draw against Chelsea should find narrow win here. 0-1 1-2
@koziol.mutant now, who is silly? jurgen clown

3-1 to liverpool with Mane back in the starting XI
3-1 to liverpool with Mane back in the starting XI
this could be chance for klopp's side to get on winning ways but hull are looking on form lately 1 - 1 draw
Hull 2-4 Liverpool
@0708915762 So..do u want to talk about it?
