Team News
Bournemouth
Southampton
- Eddie Howe may see no reason to change the team after they secured a 1-0 win over Leicester on Tuesday, although the fitness of his players may change that. He is expected to be without Lewis Cook, Andrew Surman and Junior Stanislas here, however.
- Callum Wilson was forced off in stoppage time in their win over the reigning Premier League champions after suffering a head injury but has been cleared of concussion since. He is available, although Benik Afobe may continue up front.
- Marc Pugh scored the winner and finished as the WhoScored man of the match against Leicester, which may have earned him a second start in under a week here.
- Ryan Fraser had a scan on an ankle injury and Bournemouth are waiting on the results.
- Charlie Austin is sidelined for the next three months, at the very least, due to a shoulder injury sustained in the Europa League last week.
- Oriol Romeu is a suspended after picking up his fifth booking of the season, which leaves Southampton with a big hole to fill when they face Bournemouth this weekend.
- Cedric Soares missed the 0-0 draw with Stoke through illness and may not recover in time to face the Cherries.
Rodriguez is a menace. This is just the beginning for him. He looks sharper than ever and needs to kick on from this
This is why past stats can't be trusted. Bournemouth are doing well and Southampton are crap away and yet Southampton wins. Predicting a win loss or draw is 95% pure luck.
real trying for Bournemouth this season i want him in my team
nice one ake
LUMP on Bournemouth DNB 2.30
2-1
This is a nice pre-christmas gift for the home odds. Smooth Bournemouth win with clean sheet : 1-0 or 2-0
Draw
Lump on Bournemouth 2.92
Southampton will score, 2-2
draw here or narrow win for southampton
How much do you want to bet that Bournemouth finishes above Manchester United come the end of the season?
@sarigginsUSA hahahaha no wonder swansea american manager is crap.
@WazzaFC I assume you think you're superior because you're too ignorant to realize that everyone here, myself included, are not truly football experts? Or is it because of you're "superior" education, or the fact that half of Britain has the royal family's cocks up their asses?
@sarigginsUSA lol ur still crying u bottled it against Bournemouth
@mIKe9441 TBH I was frustrated, but then I remembered Manchester United and it seemed like a mild inconvenience.
@sarigginsUSA This would make me so happy...
Someone went and downvoted literally everyone xD
This might be a draw, not a high scoring game, 1-1 or 2-1 as a correct score.
BTTS, Maybe S'oton win.
Bournemouth win 3-1.
southampton win 0-1
Bournemouth win
Bournemouth 1 - 1 Southampton
