Team News
WBA
Liverpool
- West Brom have a clean bill of health for the reception of Liverpool on Sunday and no major changes are expected to the team from Tony Pulis.
- Chris Brunt may replace Nacer Chadli in the starting XI, with Claudio Yacob also looking for game time.
- Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp won't repeat the mistake of starting Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho on the bench this weekend.
- Given Adam Lallana and Jordan Henderson will both continue to miss out, Klopp may stick with the 3-4-3 formation Liverpool started the second half against Stoke with.
- Sadio Mane is out for the rest of the season, while Adam Lallana and Jordan Henderson will continue to miss out here.
- Divock Origi and Daniel Sturridge will both be looking for a place in the starting XI against West Brom on Sunday.
WBA will score here.. over 1 :)
Wenger out!
@A.r.m.e.n lol .. who cares? this is about wba and liver..
@papaitucano I know:)
west brom win. no pressure game for them, can see liverpool flopping
liverpool win and both team to score
@delpiero1100 give up already lmao
@delpiero1100 wrong again lol
liverpool to win 3-1
klavan=both to score, simple.
DRAW
1:1/2:2
Coutinho and Firminho will score
Possible upset here, with Liverpool's leaky defence away from home, and notorious difficulties against smaller teams, and Pulis's bus parking excellence. On the other hand, Liverpool are still playing for something, a top 4 place, while West Brom are just coasting now.
West Brom 1 - 2 Liverpool LFC can't defend set pieces and WBA are strong at that so I predict a WBA goal and a Liverpool win.
@Overmars Liverpool do have some height in the probable line-up without Lucas having to fill in as centre back, but I agree you would still back West Brom to get at least one goal off a set piece as Liverpool have defended them so poorly regardless of who plays. As a Liverpool fan this game has me worried.
I hope liverpool win but I think draw is more likely
