The reason why stoppage time is rewarded in England is precisely for the reasons we saw here. Berlin spent ages on the floor every time there was a foul plus they had 3 subs from the 87th minute onwards which were clearly tactical ploys. The referee spotted what was going on so added accordingly. This was genuinely 5-6 minutes injury time based on UK rules. Ironically, it cost Hertha because had they not wasted time at every opportunity, there would've been only the mandatory 1 or 2 minutes injury time and they would've won. HOWEVER, the issue is why did a German ref use English rules when the law hasn't (yet) been changed in Germany? Dardai has called it "Bayern bonus" (your very own Fergie time, congrats!) and it certainly looked suspect. If Patrick Ittrich feels the Bundesliga should use prem rules then fine, bring it up in the summer with the league officials, but don't have an impromptu moment of tactical levelling-up because it looks like corruption and this isn't Italy.
@SteveHyland I see no need to say that the decisions the ref made were based on UK rules simply because the added time is longer than the usual added time in the Bundesliga.
Fuck you referee! I was in the stadium and there was no reason for 5 minutes stoppage time, especially no reason for 7 minutes ! EVERYBODY in the stadium knew the ref would keep the game on until the Bayern would have got the equalizer..
@neumi17- Why are you upset? If I travelled 370 miles, I'd want a dodgy-as-F equaliser, especially if it meant I also got my WhoScored prediction correct! Ha

@neumi17 what's the ridiculous discussion? Herta could also score during these 6-7 minutes and win 2-0. Why didn't do it?
