Valencia
Real Madrid
- Jose Gaya should be able to battle back from injury to start against Real Madrid, which will see Guilherme Siqueira drop to the bench.
- Simone Zaza will continue up top after scoring last time out, with Munir and Nani out on the flanks.
- Martin Montoya is sidelined, which will see Joao Cancelo start at right-back.
- Keylor Navas, Marcelo and Sergio Ramos should return to the back four, but Nacho should also be available.
- Real Madrid will continue with Cristiano Ronaldo on the left wing, despite the Portugal international working alone in training this week.
- James Rodriguez should be deployed out on the right, as Gareth Bale can't be rushed back to first-team fitness too soon.
Cancelo motm
Kroos is the ultimate meaning of useless states. today we witnessed the most stupid changes in the history of the game, why Isco didn't come!!!why play crosses against Mangala & Garay!!! the match is Zidan's fault. and pleaaaase play Isco instead of Kroos,he is way better than Kroos as a playmaker and i don't fuckin care about his fuckin useless states, the guy is walking in the pitch when we lose the ball. anyway Kroos will continue starting and isco will go in the summer and it will be the most retarded shit i ever saw, alongside Benzema,i'm done talking about Benzema, there is no explanation for him playing at Real Madrid,no explanation at all.
@Geuvara Real's whole game is based on crosses. They play this way against every team.
@Geuvara I dunno why you aren't the manager of Real...oh wait..you just proved it
@abhishek.pandit.756 mate,shut up
@Geuvara And why exactly is Isco " way better as a playmaker "? Kroos has more shots on goal, way more assist, almost 3 times as many keypasses per game, gets way less disposessed, has far less technical errors, a much better pass rate and is even the better dribbler ( third in the squad). So basically Kroos is better in every chapter of the game that is important for playmaking but is worse than Isco according to you. Interesting statement...
@neumi17 most of his assists are set-pieces,he has only two goals this season comparing to Isco's five goals!!! and if u exclude the Euro's states,u will find that Kroos isn't that far from Isco's state although he played about double the time Isco had!!!! and again if u excluded the set-pieces Kroos numbers regarding key passses and assists won't even be half what it is rn. anyway.i think Villa real's game had really shown why Isco is way better than Kroos, the guy provided depth to the team and was behind everything,in just 30 minutes he did what kroos can't do for 2000 minutes. all this comparing to that Kroos is a lazy fuckin cunt is nothing, please watch real's third goal, look at what Isco did to get the ball ,look at the fuckin Kroos watching like a cunt ,the last time Kroos did such a tackle was maybe 5-6 months ago,but ofc Kroos is better than Isco
5 dribbles Kroos ? Wow...
Btw... why is this not a top match?no star?
We still dont know how they do it but they always shows up against the big teams
Another horrible performance from Varane. I was literally laughing at his clearances. Navas is running out of credit and soon if he fails to raise his performances, he won't be at Real Madrid next season. Bale and Modric were clearly not ready for this game. Real was a little bit unlucky because everything went against them at the beginning of the game.
@CirdomAkul if you have a real LB, ramos does need to come out and play LB like he does all the time, leaving the area for only one CB. both goals came from the left side, they always come from the left. only when marcelo does not play do they not come from there. it doesnt help that kroos who should cover for marcelo never does. the right side it always much stronger because modric help carvajal and carvajal doesnt need varane's help as much because he seems to be always in the right position
@edemex mate, you are a man who knows football,i am so happy i saw such a comment
@edemex I've been saying this for ages. Ramos literally had to cover the CDM as well before the introduction of Casemiro to the starting eleven. Kroos is a great player but he lacks tactical intelligence in defensive aspects of the game. Marcelo, on his day, is excellent but he;s far from consistent enough.
Voro really changed Valencia , AMUNT MY BATS
i feel like benzema should retire
@Logical He was Real Madrid's best player tonight.
@Logical i think you should
@Logical another one of those games huh, i just dont get it. one game he plays great and looks unstoppable, everything he does is just perfect, then the next game he does everything opp, misses wide open shot w no keeper, passes to the open area are send to the defender, like he wasnt even there. i am excited that dybala is on the way, i hope its true because i think he is so much better and it also means karim is on his way out.
similaire to man city against Monaco
Real Madrid will lose against Valencia and Villarreal and the luck will end
when you let Zaza score... Still think Real will find a questionable way of some kind to win this.
lucas should had started instead of james, i cant wait for the day he leaves madrid.
@edemex james being james, if he does not get the time to stop the ball, pick the pass and shot, cant do much. isco or lucas would have done alot better
We always struggle against Valencia away, not surprised here.
@ImADope it's the definition of greatness.. everyone circles the real madrid match on their calendar. they can loose every single game of the season but if they beat real madrid they see is as a victory in the season. david vs goliath
@ImADope Even at home is the same. Valencia had denied Real Madrid to win laliga on 2 occasions in the previous seasons. Both were at the time when Ancelotti was in charge. Both were 2-2 in the Santiago Bernabeu if i'm not mistaken.
@CirdomAkul real madrid lost those 2 liga's because they had terrible record vs the top teams under carlo.
teams with fast players always give real madrid trouble, real needs to get faster. kroos, james and just too slow to be able to play at the same time, and when marcelo plays ramos has to always play further outside because marcelo will get dribble even by slower players. with ramos out, that leaves huge space for only varane to cover and he end up looking bad but it was everyone else not doing their job that cause the goal.
Real really need the win to beat Barça for the league title
Theres no defence?
Both teams to score
No problems as long as isco plays 0-3.
@jefferee for Valencia? :DDD just one goal and will be :D
Valencia was poor last season too and they did very good against Barca and Real
Valencia 1-3 Real Madrid
1-1
No matter how bad valencia are it has been always a tough fight against them almost every single time
1 - 4
The last time Real Madrid had an easy game against Valencia was when Mourinho was in charge and Real won 5-0 in copa del rey. For me, Valencia is a great club and their fans don't deserve this. Recent encounters between the two have always been very tight and I do believe it's going to be very tight here as well.
