Good quote I saw on a forum... "Wow. Masters of hindsight everywhere. Liverpool smash it for a month and then a derby day draw and theres loads of ppl suddenly ripping Klopp a new one. Salah cant play 90 mins every game. LFC completely outclassed Everton but it wasnt meant to be. Its frustrating but get a grip."
@Lukicks - I support that approach but stiII, keeng 2 of your best pIayers on the pitch when you're 3-0 up at HT and 5-0 up after 50 mins then naming them on the bench does not make a Iot of sense!
People are way too quick to blame Klopp. This is the most exciting Liverpool has been since they've off-loaded Suarez. Klopp has many lessons to learn, but plain and simple the Liverpool squad other than their front 4 is not up to par. Give it time.
klopp is not the one to blame. I think lfc midfield don't deserve so much credit. Wijnaldum, henderson and milner don't have the level to play the first roles.
When u won't able player to move in FC Barcelona and then make him sit on a bench an important match. LOGIC?
Congratulations, Klopp, for your stupidity. You play your best players in a Champions League match for 90 minutes when you're winning 3-0 at half time. But you leave Coutinho and Firmino on the bench and sack Salah in the second half when you're just winning 1-0 in a derby, who does that work? I don't get it, this guy is just crazy, and an overrated manager to me...
This draw is totally Klopp's fault!!
Kloop to his players at HT break: Keep playing as we did in first half, blah-blah-blah AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - DO NOT FOUL ANYONE NEAR OR INSIDE THE BOX, MOVE YOUR HANDS BEHIND AND I REPEAT AGAIN - DO NOT FOUL! Lovren: OK BOSS. Also Lovren at 76': Hey Calvert, are you in rush? Let me help you *pushes him inside the box in nowhere dangerous situation for LFC*
"A '1-0'-lead is rarely enough in football, especially in the Premier League", - Charlie Austin, post match interview (SFC v AFC). Liverpool should've won this game, so much attacking prowess even without Coutinho and Firmino.
Klopp should be sacked for this line up and substitutions. In fact he should be sacked and not allowed a penny compensation. I bet the mother of everyone in the comments section could have done better with the line up and substitutes today if made manager for this match and only given a few hours to research the positions of the players, best players to pick and formation. Dreadful manager. The disparity in quality between the two sides is enormous, as reflexed by the lopsided stats despite Liverpool picking a heavily weakened side. Awful manager. Truly awful.
Very good result. Klopp needs some lesson , it's not bundesliga where you can afford to take certain opponents lightly and rest key players
@footballover That's exactly what you can't do in the Bundesliga which is way more balanced.
@hindy , Bundesliga way more balanced than PL ? I mean are you serious?
@footballover Difference between 1st and 2nd in the Prem is 11 points. Compare gulf in class between the top-6 and the rest as well - there you go.
Why always Lovren ?!?
90+3 min in the game? Give the ball to Henderson so he could sky it to mars
@Lukicks Henderson what bro!? if u want to blame anyone, blame Klopp.
@TetouanMorocco not blaming Henderson. Just pointing out how he should have no business taking the final shot of the game ahahaha All in all though you can't blame Klopp. Mane should have put it away. It could have easily been 3-0. Super soft penalty from the ref... Klopp can't control everything that happens within the game... it's how football works
@TetouanMorocco henderson is to blame. His game was useless and didn't break the lines from behind like a mousa dembélé or a modric. Even sometimes, lovren has come to deliver and to do henderson's task. It's not thanks to this player that liverpool is raising. It's mainly the pressing and counterattacks directed by mané and salah which depicts liverpool's identity.
Klopp was so weird and unlogical on this match! first, not playing with three of the most important players and then sub out Salah with his "God mode" tonight for no reason. philosophy or stupidity?
@TetouanMorocco stupidity
@TetouanMorocco He has the be the most clueless manager ever. This has to be the worst tactical display ever by a manager in the Premier League. The line up is laughable and then subs his best player off. What an utter clown Klopp is.
That was a soft pen but I don't care.
If this match end in a draw, it me man u match will also end in a draw
If this match end in a draw, it me man u match will also end in a draw
What a joke call by the ref, PL needs the VAR just like the Bundesliga
What is this team from Klopp? When I predict 6-0 I expect him to pick his best players. Just look at the lopsided stats and Liverpool have Solanke, AOC and James Milner... Everton would have been spanked if Liverpool used their best team.
Salah is an animal, guy cant be stopped this season.
Mané is jealous
@Yman This. He can't handle that Salah is the superstar now. Game could've ended in first half if he did pass to Salah to score in empty goal. Three mistakes were made today: Mane's greed, Lovrens unlimited stupidity and ref's soft heart, but heavy pockets.
@fervour21 Agree
No idea why Andy Robertson doesn’t get more games than Alberto Moreno.
with henderson passing backwards or sideways, lfc is lucky to lead. He is useless offensively and defensively not worth matic or kanté
Typical Everton - rival has ONE shot on target, score is 1-0.
@hindy Did you see that ONE shot on target?
@fervour21 Yeah, the fact still remains that 1 = 1.
Mane so greedy
Without Coutinho and firminio, it can end up 0-0
@footballover it’s been 1-0 :P
@proud93 I said it can , just a prediction. Without those players, you still got draw
Weird formation from Klopp, Coutinho Firminio & Can aren't playing somehow, u wanna lose the mersyside derby dear friend?
Draw
I think Everton is starting to get things right on track... so probably no clean sheet for Liverpool this time... But Liverpool WIN is the most probable outcome of this match... so for good value Liverpool & BTTS Yes
Liverpool to receive a red
7:0
BTS 1000% I am very sure
Not a good time for Everton to visit their local rivals... The strike force of Liverpool is just outstanding, which can totally hide a poor defensive performance, but against a not so strong Everton side I don't see this as a problem. In my opinion - home win, 2-0
draw 1-1
6-0
L' pool. 4 - 2 Everton Sadio Mane to score
2-2 COYB
Liverpool 4 - 1 Everton
So what do you think guys?
