Winks is average as hell
@ilovefooty- I disagree. His distribution is excellent, and so quick that he is borderline impossible to press unless you have 3 men on him, he wins the ball back without tackling, his positional awareness is already excellent- in particular, he gets himself in the perfect areas to be the "out" ball for other players when in trouble and provides a seamless link between defence and attack without slowing play down. There are things he needs to improve in but I would prefer him to start in a 2-man England midfield ahead of Dier, Henderson or Livermore at the WC.
@SteveHyland can you for once just make a comment that's one or two sentences?
@ilovefooty- Yep. I can also restrict my use of words to those with 2 syllables if you struggle with reading?
@ilovefooty You know nothing about football. Stupid kid. Be quiet.
@Champion Rustled?
I don't like Eriksen playing as a centre midfielder. He plays better as attacking midfielder or even as a free winger.
@MrNemobody- I agree. He is a superb #10. Playing further back hampers what he does best, the final delivery.
Can someone explain to me why are Tottenham playing with some paralyzed man in goal? Is this some sort of a charity?
Your template match centre template is probably wrong again. I expect Spurs to play 3-5-1-1/3-5-2.
@Champion- Yep, pretty much a regulation 3-5-2 when they had 3 CBs on the pitch.
@SteveHyland They called it 4231 for ages. They keep insisting on calling it a back 4 when Dier starts as a CB and then end up adjusting it.
half time draw, 0-0 most likely, then Tottenham 1-0
If history repeats itself.. its gonna be a draw .. 1-1
@Hany365 Agreed as how it should be, tonight!
2-0 to Spurs. West Brom fans will quickly see how crap their personnel is. There are no premier league teams that Tony Pulis previously managed who are in a better position now than when he was boss and sacking him has upped the probability of their team being relegated.
spurs 1 - 1 / 0 - 0 WBA
spurs 1 - 1 / 0 - 0 WBA
Spurs 2 - 0 WBA
This fixture tends to end in a draw no matter how much Spurs need a win. Also the West Brom fans will be up for it at Wembley particularly now that Pulis (who they grew to loathe) has left. However, as they showed mid week Tottenham have the quality to get a win here: Tottenham 1-0 West Brom.
@MEHJones Good analysis
@Overmars Thanks!
