Uruguay are stupidly predictable and devoid of dynamism right now. Why not bring on Torreira, or Laxalt. Has Nandez even been playing? And if Suarez doesn't improve surely Stuani has got to be brought on. Right now Uruguay's midfield has a player who will never provide any inspiration (Vecino) while Betancur passes sideways to wingers who can't find a way to make the Egypt defence even mildly frightened.
There is no quality except Salah in Egypt and this is a collective sport. 2nd player after Salah valued only 10 m €.... Uruguay will destroy them, especially if Salah doesn't play. Egypt will not score. They strugled to score in quals. Just 8 goals in 6 matches against Uganda, Ghana and Congo.
salah is overwhelmed.. just a class A player with good fit this season.. he is not a S class..
don't forget his early years.. chelsea, roma not a regular starter.. then luckily this year liverpool has achieved to the UCL final.. so the noise is big.. injury means mental and physical negative effects on a on form player..
it would be a disaster if Egypt build the tactics around Salah.. tonight would be a 50/50 match tough as Uruguay sucks in attacking form in big campaign.. 1:1 / 0:2 would be ideal score.
Salah is reportedly 'fit' for this game but I doubt that is actually the case. Given what gnarly sons of biatches the Uruguayans are, I'd expect one or twenty shoulder barges during the game. You can never rule out a moment of magic from Salah but I am predicting 2-0 to Uruguay.
Just spend a second on how a country of just 3,5 million could have such world-class players as Godín, Suárez and Cavani. There must be something in the water over there. They should win this group easily, especially if Salah is going to miss this match.
@andrew7taylor- They also have Gimenez & Torreira who are 'potential world class'. It is amazing, even considering football is by far and away their most popular sport.
@hellreaper Although Egyptians claims he will be fit, he was taking a photo with a fan and the fan hugged him and Salah grimaced in pain touching his shoulder. So.... I don't know. I think he WILL play but definitely not fit yet.
@hellreaper Well, he hasn't started training yet, but judging by the speed recovery he is making and his positive attitude towards the injury and that of Egypt's medical team, he should be fit to play in my opinion. And even if he doesn't start the game, most likely will come in as a substitue.
Egypt should not be underestimated. Strong team not just because of Mo Salah. Yes, he is their top man and all eyes are on him to lead them - absolutely normal. But there's more to that. Probably BTTS
WTF El-Shenawy rating is < Muslera ?!!
@Mahmoud_eneid are you new here. the rating here has nothing to do with jumping pumping
@Mahmoud_eneid both 3 saves and 1 claim. Mussels has much higher pass success and a clean sheet
Damn those stats on Gimenez are high. Almost a 10 rating with just 1 goal is a good effort for a defender
The better team won.
Egypt coming for 0-0, and failed in the end.
@mysterious Uruguay came to show good football and strength but failed in the end. Terrible game ...
@neumi17 Uruguay came to win, believe me.
@jankees Shure, but not through a header of a defence man in the 90 th minute ...
@neumi17 Urugay with 3 REAL chances and you said "Faild" Egypt play as a whore! that's not football
@neumi17 ok, but a win is a win (if fair). Most teams aren't going to roll over and accept defeat. Egypt look weak with Salah.
suarez awful

Both teams with boring football but Egypt looks better after the the 20th minute.
0:0
I know that Uruguay is more stronger than Egypt but I hope Egypt would win this won,I pray for Egypt
@Mohamed_Shaker ok Pray but the fact is praying doesn't make anything better in real life
@Mohamed_Shaker Your prayer was denied!
@Mohamed_Shaker Without Salah ?
@neumi17 I hope
@Mohamed_Shaker So far Egypt is better

@ambrose Who cares about previous times ? Salah is now an S- class or even a Maybach.
@neumi17 What is S- class?
@MathCatsFootball Mercedes
"Hehehehe look at this country. You are gay. Hehehehehe"
@uefalona Gay is bad ?
@neumi17 you don't understand the reference
@uefalona No I don't, you are right.

I think Salah would be a striker, while Suarez be a Goal keeper, agree?
@3dshanty7 loool nice one

I think Uruguay defend quite solid.. should be no problem to keep the clean sheet..
Uruguay to win and win this group comfortably
0-2
actually egypt stand no chance vs uruguay. 0-1
@koevasd123 Usually if a team doesn't stand a chance, they lose by more than one goal. Otherwise it is a tide game.
Will Salah be fit to play this match after the injury he suffered in the Champions League final match?
@hellreaper Although Egyptians claims he will be fit, he was taking a photo with a fan and the fan hugged him and Salah grimaced in pain touching his shoulder. So.... I don't know. I think he WILL play but definitely not fit yet.

@zezodiaa21yahoo.com @specter Okay, thanks ^.^
1-1 or 1-2.

Football rarely favours a one man cameo. Actually, it never does. Uruguay to hit Egypt for dead.
@edgems4 One-man Argentina? Because critics love to favor them.
@LewyDieKaiser - Yeah, like there's no good player after Messi. Ever heard of Agüero, Higuaín, Dybala, Di María, Banega, Mascherano, Otamendi?
sala to make a impact in this world cup
Mo Salah to score
Salah Vs Suarez
0-3 Uruguay
1-1
