Sporting
- David Limbersky will miss the second leg after picking up a costly booking in the first leg, while Marian Cisovsky is still sidelined for the hosts.
- Few changes are expected from the side that started in Portugal last Thursday.
- Bruno César will not feature on Thursday after lasting 14 minutes of Monday's 2-1 win away to Chaves before being forced off through injury.
- Bas Dost returns for Sporting after overcoming his injury concerns, but Andre Pinto, Cristiano Piccini, Seydou Doumbia, Rafael Leão and Daniel Podence are expected to miss out for the away side.
- Fábio Coentrão is also a doubt for Sporting but is expected to recover in time to start at left-back.
- William Carvalho and Sebastián Coates are banned for Sporting after picking up a costly yellow cards in the first leg. Marcos Acuña and Bruno Fernandes, meanwhile, missed Monday's match through suspension and will return here.
- The Portuguese side are short of numbers ahead of Thursday's Europa League match, but Andre Pinto has travelled and is expected to start in defence for Jorge Jesus' side.
wao, after 30 minutes Sporting didn't do anything.
a lot depending on how sporting can face the match, both physically and mentally; sporting's by far the better team, BUT... they've been playing non-stop every 3 days since mid-december and that's taking a toll, as the injury list shows; on the other hand, FC Porto's defeat over the weekend means Sporting's back to the portuguese title rumble which may mean a lesser commitment to Europa League. nevertheless, i'd say sporting to win here
@pedro.neto "by far the better team" sure
@Madcat "by far the better team" means that it's a better team than the other. It's like saying "european competitions' failure" means not getting a single point in six Champions League matches.
Can score Viktoria at least two goals in home?
Such a complicated match to predict, home win 3-1, or just a boring draw 0-0. I cant see sporting winning here.
sporting double chance.
BTTS In my opinion. Where is the Cannavaro69?)) Tell us something
BTTS seems the best here, no doubt.
Draw
maybe BTS here?
@fantazyboy What is BTS?
