i saw the red card incident again and found something remarkable. it was Douglas Costa who pushed the Ref and not Gigi ! Costa should've been sent off instead of Gigi.
i called it Liverpool were never going to meet Madrid in semi's UEFA playing with people's minds...now they know what the majority of football followers want they are going to deliver it on a silver platter and its going to be the final....thats where the big money is....trust me
Nerves of steel shown by roma the day before and juve the after. they are so calm n collected whereas spanish teams are so nervous and mentally fragile.
Micheal Oliver ..... don't know who you are, I don't know what you want, If you are looking for a ransom i can tell you i don't have money but what i do have are a very particular skills, skills that i have accured of a very long career, skills that make me a nightmare for people like you, If you make an official apologize of that penalty you awarded for Real Madrid that will be the end of it , i will not look for you, i will not persue you, but if you don't... i will look for you, I will find you and i will kill you...
and still those messi fabs r bar'c'ing for fixed qf draw despite having easiest draws n having juve is the easy draw as per them fr real!! dumbs m a messi fan too n ronaldo too but that was bad performance frm barca n good n brave call by ref to give that pen.....
I hope my point about Serie A was proven this week. It's not the best league in the world but Roma & Juventus have proved that it's far better than the overhyped and over-rated EPL. The best leagues produce the best teams that can show up when it matters the most. The Champions League.
remember the quarter finals draw was suspicious... hence we had drama filled quarter finals games... "the powers that be in UEFA Champions League" already know which team they want crowned champions...no matter what, their goals will be met....same as the world cup (fixed fixed fixed)...now we await the semi finals draw,
It wasn't a penalty in the context of the game.
If that was a penalty then there should of been a lot of other decisions called a penalty over both legs.
Very poor decision by the referee which ruined a remarkable game.
@john2james It was a penalty only for delusional Real Madrid fans, for d rest of d world it was not.Vasces is well known diver that shoud have benn booked more then ones over 2 leg for divnigs
@BSN When a team scores, every player of the team gets a little boost (about +0.15/+0.2) depending on his participation on the goal (goalscorer gets max bonus, assist gets a little less, then the pass before and so on).
Moreover the rate is a very complex mix of data, Higuain did more interceptions, lost less possession and cleared the ball more.
@NuchalLine Are you really that limited, that you think there are only Real and Barca fans who are upset? Most people are neutral here and don't understand what they have seen...
Lol it's amazing to see al this hate comments, everybody wanted madrid to go out, but hahahaha, first of all madrid dominated the game, second Isco's goal wasn't offside, and third Matuidi made a fault against Navas in the third goal, and finaly that's clear penalty, Benatia pushed Vasquez from Behind and didn't touch the ball, who cares if it's 95min or 32 fault is a fault. keep hating! Hala Madrid <3
Give the trophy to UefaDrid already. Since 2016 they plays with 14 players. 2016 they robbed Atletico Madrid, 2017 Bayern and now PSG and Juventus in 2018. UEFADRID for a reason!
ISCO GOAL WOULD'VE KILLED THE GAME IF IT WAS NOT DISALLOWED. REAL DOMINATED THE WHOLE MATCH. HOOFBALL JUVE JUST GOT LUCKY WITH SOME USELESS CROSSES. BUT I ADMIT WE WERE VERY NERVOUS. THANK YOU.
To give a penalty at last minute while score is 3-3 the fouled player should have his leg ripped off, bleeding and miss an eye just to be sure. Real Madrid back in the days used to be a great club, a royal club, not a nest of corruption and divers.
@fervour21 let me get this right, the penalty was a mistake. But the Isco goal wasn't. Why don't you just say, juve should have won at all cost. 2 mistakes against Madrid would have been a bigger crime than the penalty that u claim wasn't because Lucas foot wasn't broken. I guess in your rule book a foul is not a foul. So someone must be killed in the pitch to get a card?
@spectre08 How come in every news around the world they talk about a 50/50 penalty? You don't give that kind of penalty in the 94th minute only 100% ones ...
@neumi17 u r just a blind hater..the fact is that people were rooting for buffon and juve and thats y some people were blinded..in any other situation we would not even be having an arguement of whether it was a penalty or not
@fervour21 an offence is still an offence and should be punished accordingly, regardless if it happens in the 50th minute or the 95th, if it happens in the box or in the middle of the terrain.
Given the reputation of Real Madrid players AND uncertainty if contact is worth a foul call AND high stakes of the game no professional and honest referee would've given a penalty there. It's not just one moment or one game, Real Madrid is clearly favored in the eyes of referee when the crucial decisions need to be made. It happens systematically and for long time now.
Now you all know the level of officiating we have to put up with in the prem on a weekly basis. Vazquez started to go down before contact although Benatia was clumsy. We need mandatory VAR to cut out these match spoiling decisions. Not that you'd ever get a decision for Real Madrid overturned at the Bernabeu......
@Sinaj- Let me specify, before the contact from Benatia's leg- which presumably was the challenge which led to awarding of the penalty. He started to fall as he felt the slightest of touches from Benatia's body then the leg came around. That is what it looked like in the slow-mo they showed during the game at least. Haven't seen it since though so maybe not. I think had Benatia not lifted his leg, Vazquez would have been booked for diving in real time- although this brings up the debate of what a 'dive' actually is and what it should be.
@proud93- It's the whys which I am interested in. If they have deemed that Vazquez DID NOT fall to the ground based on insufficient contact then fine because the kick can be deemed a foul, but it looked to me as though Lucas was falling on the initial (slight) contact from Benatia's body in which case it can, though doesn't always, be deemed 'simulation' and nullify the later offence. The rule itself is grey, hence the debate. I have seen penalties given for the same level of contact as yellow cards have been for dives. The inconsistency is the issue. If this were always a penalty then fine.... but it isn't. VAR and a clarification of the rule which was enforced by every ref in every league wouldn't go a miss.
@SteveHyland Complete and utter rubbish and disappointing considering your overwhelmingly consistently good posts. This is without a doubt your worst but we all have off days. 1. It's a fact Vasquez is pushed from behind. The mistake (I'm being polite..let me rephrase), the stupid mistake commentators make in football is that from their armchair they tell the viewers the force of the contact made. How TF do they measure that? So if we agree it's not for us to say how much force was behind the push then we should only consider whether Vasquez was pushed or not and he was! 2. Then there's the idiotic and unnecessary attempt to kick the ball from behind and he misses that too. Sorry but Benatia only has himself to blame like VVD did against Spurs. 3. Buffon then confirms how mentally indisciplined Juventus was by getting red carded when the likelihood of overturning a penalty decision is zero! Who's going to save a Ronaldo penalty? An Arsenal reject (Szczesny)? Really!?!?
@SteveHyland The thing is that these type of calls almost always go to sides like Real Madrid. Every important 50/50 call goes in their favor and trust me I've been watching for 15 years and it hasn't changed. Debatable call but of course they gave it to Real. Uefa couldn't have both Barca and Real knocked out this early I guess...
This is hilarious. So if the the play happen on the 10th or 20th or 50th minutes it's ok but because it is the end of the game it is not judged? A foul is a foul in every minute of the game. Lucas is holding position and benitia pushed him down from behind then he kicks the ball. It's a dumb fouls just like the many that Sergio Ramos is notorious for doing all the time. Bout the red card? Wtf you can't just come n push the ref even if u are an old vet like Buffon. This is it Chelsea getting rob of 4 clear penalties in a final. If you don't understand the rules maybe you should just watch something else.
real are so lucky, its always the same, last minutes corners, penalties, red cards. I mean ok - prolly they are the best, but why do they always discourage their opponents
Ok, Real can not be kicked out of the CL that early, after Barcelona had to leave too. So if Madrid can't score a goal, UEFA had to act on it in person of the referee and give them one
So gutted for Juventus. The referee wouldnt have given a penalty if benatia didnt push him. The kick from behind wouldve been enough to get to extra time. Juventus was just far superior to real madrid, and they deserved to go to extra time. I feel for all the juventus supporters. Dont worry, liverpool is going to fuck them in the semis
I just wanted to say I stopped watching Barca and Real matches long ago, boring, one sided + referees... + a lot of aggression, there is much more fun in euro football, didn't watch the game but don't care, and wish you care no more too...
That was a penalty u bums. Even all the commentators are saying so. It's a terrible way to lose and I think Madrid were absolute s*** but its a penalty
@Lechiffre10 As if matters what the commentators say. There are 1000+ of them at any given moment. Pick a better tactic to support your lack of argument.
@souravsq123 No it wasn't. He wasn't controlling the ball or anything and the contact was very minimal. Proper referee would never give that...ridiculous...
@moo13 yep that was a pen, lucas was shoved and minimal contact! but from behind he was pushed and also the boot touched his chest, i accept that benatia had no other option but that was right call, go check the replays mate..
As if a penalty isn't enough the referee has to send off Buffon...
I hate these kinds of penalties, totally ruins the game. We could have had more 30mins of excitement at extra time.
That's a dive. As a pure neutral the player had no intention of scoring and he's falling before any contact. And even then there's barely any contact. Not even a 5 year old goes down under that sort of pressure. If Real Madrid win this competition after that it will be the death of champions league football.
Zidane should have played with Benzema, and Casemeiro instead of the fu**ed yp Vallejo and Kovacic instead of Kovacic,so easy why the complication? whole season we were insulting for playing Benzema and you don't listen, the only time we want Benzema to play next to Cr7 you don't bring him on the pitch, what do you have in your mind? wtf I don't understand him.
Real's defense doesn't have what it takes to win the trophy. Ridiculous. If Benzema comes in and scores ( and stops the bleeding like he did against Athletico Madrid ) I don't want to hear another criticism of him.
Barca this Barca that.. if anything that should motivate Real to do better. Moreover, have you ever seen Real play defensively at home? Especially after 3 goals away from home.. no reason to defend it. Now, if it was a 3-0 home win.. then maybe they'd have stayed back. The question is can Juve do anything? Do they even believe? I can very well see this as a one sided game. The italians gave up late in the 1st leg, perhaps they will give up after the 1st RM goal tonight? This could very well end in a hammering. Should be interesting to watch though since I dont think it will be a very physical game
Both teams to score, and at least 3 goals in the match. With Higuain, Mandzukic and Costa starting up front for Juve, Vallejo could get serious headaches and has good chances to be the weakest link in the defence of Real. Even so the chances for an epic comeback from Juve side are clearly very close to none.. 3-1 is my bet with Cristiano Ronaldo in very good form.
Juve will perform better in some occasions without Dybala. For a set-piece match, RM has no reason to lose unless 1-2 careless stupid mistake by individual defenders were made in the early game. Expect this would be close. 1:1 / 0:0
@elucidate You're portuguese and you support Real Madrid... how mainstream. Nacionalismo é mais importante que lógica, ronaldo melhor de sempre porque salta mais
Vallejo has been included in the squad, therefore he should be fit enough for Zidane to start him, especially in the absence of Ramos (suspended) and Nacho (injured). Zidane usually rotates his squad to keep the players fresh but for this game Navas, Marcelo, Vallejo, Varane, Carvajal, Casemiro, Modric, Kroos, Isco, Ronaldo and Benzema are very likely to start. Lucas, Asensio, Bale and Kovacic will be ready to come in and help. First and second subs will probably come in around 60th to 70th min with the last one coming in around 75th to 85th min.
@Cannavaro69 madrid have back problem with ramos n nacho both out vallejo will wtart but may be he is in doubtful condition too, so they could concede a goal, i guess 3-1 madrid
Previous day one come back already happened, so Juve will be fully charged to see another Italian side coming back from 4-1 deficit!! But Roma had that 1 away goal advantage, tho it seems unlikely cz I am not seeing my Madrid sitting back at their home, they dont sit even when they are winning, that winning mentality will be enough for Madrid to go through and all the way win it at the end #HALAMADRID
@angelo44 Okay. I imagined, but let's think a little bit: You are inspired because Barcelona (a team who struggles a lot away from home, winning only 1 away match in the CL by 0-1 with an own goal of the opponent) got eleminated after winning 4-1, but miracles happen once in a while that's why they are miracles and this is different...Juventus lost 0-3, which means it must score at least 4 goals and not concede any, against the best team in the world, which scores in every single match
I'm expecting a win for Real Madrid, Zidane won't do the same mistake as Valverde, playing defensively just because they got a 2 goals advantage in the first leg. Ronaldo played only 60 minutes against Atletico and Zizou rested Casemiro. Modric, Isco, and Benzema played very few minutes in the derby so the team is basically rested.
@hellreaper Sorry, it's 6:24 a.m. and I haven't sleep yet and since it's not possible to edit comments, I need to reply right after to correct myself and give you reason lol. Still it is an odd result and won't happen.
Only 8 Comments,,, wow, so The crowd thinks Madrid are all the way through then.
I hope Barfa get Liverpool on Friday, after Madrid/Cr7 dispatch with B/Munich Spain's Capital will be looking over at that place on the other side of the hypothetical fence, we looking at u over pampered, over protected, over rated, over everything loud mouths... Here's to a Clasico Final...
Juventus should play fringe players as there's no chance of them qualifying . I can't even see them winning in Barnabeu let alone scoring at least three goals without conceding
i saw the red card incident again and found something remarkable. it was Douglas Costa who pushed the Ref and not Gigi ! Costa should've been sent off instead of Gigi.

There is this unprecedented hate towards Real Madrid and it's completely understandable given how they have been in UCL in recent years.
@CirdomAkul people are just sick of seeing Real and Barça being help by the referees year after year.
and still those messi fabs r bar'c'ing for fixed qf draw despite having easiest draws n having juve is the easy draw as per them fr real!! dumbs m a messi fan too n ronaldo too but that was bad performance frm barca n good n brave call by ref to give that pen.....

@Red_Card I wouldn't say Serie A is "far better" than EPL.
@Red_Card it is the best
Messi fans are crying their hearts out on this page
if that was penalty then im am eminem
This happens when you put a pig instead of a real referee.
remember the quarter finals draw was suspicious... hence we had drama filled quarter finals games... @donmilz If you think it is fixed, don't waste your time watching these games !
Messi fans have 2 nightmare days back to back. So not responding to their salty comments today.

@angelo44 This is why I love social media. Human stupidity is a timeless joke in any language. Angelo44 is Mr Bean in disguise.
@angelo44 dumbest comment ive ever seen... a penalty is penalty doesnt matter if its 1min or 90. Where do you discovery this "context" rule? LOL
@lpfox they r creating the context just sit back n njoy these comments mate.. don't answer
@angelo44 Go see an eye doctor mate.
@angelo44 It was a clear penalty.
@john2james hahaha dude stop it !! u are so funny.
@john2james It was a penalty only for delusional Real Madrid fans, for d rest of d world it was not.Vasces is well known diver that shoud have benn booked more then ones over 2 leg for divnigs
@john2james Context.
Buffon leaves the UCL like Zidane left the World Cup.
can someone explain to me why is higuain rated higher than ronaldo? compare the stats and performance and tell me why!
@BSN When a team scores, every player of the team gets a little boost (about +0.15/+0.2) depending on his participation on the goal (goalscorer gets max bonus, assist gets a little less, then the pass before and so on). penalty was 100% right kids so be quiet
@BSN dude im really sorry you are blind.. if you are sure thats was penalty then its a pitty from you to watch football.
@marinoJuve I am really sorry that YOU are blind, as even Del Piero, a legend who played for Juventus, agreed that it was a clear penalty..
@marinoJuve dude u r really upset because Real have gone through
I hereby declare a reward on ref michael oliver's head.
Uefalona fans are upset.
@NuchalLine Are you really that limited, that you think there are only Real and Barca fans who are upset? Most people are neutral here and don't understand what they have seen...
@neumi17 maybe they should follow cricket. Bayern is going down soon
Now I really, really hope Liverpool plays Real in the semi finals, Salah scores 4 goals, takes of his shirt and gets celebrated in Madrid.
@neumi17 You were afraid Real me Bayern, so ask Liverpool to eliminate them lol
@neumi17 lol you wish
UCL is becoming boring now with their rubbish officiating
@edstarly it's a pity that you are blind, as even Del Piero, a legend who played for Juventus, agreed that it was a clear penalty..
I see why English refs will not be allowed to officiate in the world cup.
Before going. A big laugh to all barka kids who said Barca will meet Madrid in the semi final hahahahahhahahahhahahahahahahahha

@TetouanMorocco isco was off, are you blind
@TetouanMorocco Matuidi didn't even get close to Navas. what the hell are you talking about
@TetouanMorocco You're right on everything except on Matuidi's goal. It was perfectly legal. Navas just sucked today.
Juventus cheated out of semi final by weak refereeing decision
Juvenile cheated out it if semi final by weak referee
Give the trophy to UefaDrid already. Since 2016 they plays with 14 players. 2016 they robbed Atletico Madrid, 2017 Bayern and now PSG and Juventus in 2018. UEFADRID for a reason!

Zinedine Sitdown
higuain is one of the best tactical players what he does without a ball is unbelievable but all he is know for is missing chances
Cheater madrid shame this sport
@Pastore10 It was a penalty and was put away by Ronaldo...where is the cheating in that huh?
@Pastore10 clear penalty Benatia challenge from behind, doesnt even get the ball
@Pastore10 Atletico were knocked out long time ago. But i agree.
@HoopHoop , lmao ! Hahaha
ISCO GOAL WOULD'VE KILLED THE GAME IF IT WAS NOT DISALLOWED. REAL DOMINATED THE WHOLE MATCH. HOOFBALL JUVE JUST GOT LUCKY WITH SOME USELESS CROSSES. BUT I ADMIT WE WERE VERY NERVOUS. THANK YOU.

@koevasd123 where was the luck when isco's goal was disallowed ?
Disgrace of a sport.
Cheaters again again and again, in 16 final vs Atletico offside goal, vs Bayern robbery, vs Juve robbery
Interesting how Juventus have had a player sent off in every one of the recent matches that they've lost to Real Madrid.
No English refs at World Cup, and you don't need better illustration why !!!
Stonewall pen, are people blind?
@Aereze let barka fans shout. the k used instead of c for a reason.

I just hope Bayern destroys this Madrid team
#Sorry_Buffon #Shame_football #RIP_UCL
That was a penalty u bums. Even all the commentators are saying so. It's a terrible way to lose and I think Madrid were absolute s*** but its a penalty

Thats reffdrid for you folks, bye
@pasopati bye. Hala Madrid :)
that wasn't a dive benatia had high boot at lucas n yes that was penalty n yes buffon totally lost his temper got a sent off deservingly.....

Never a penalty...
@moo13 Eeven Del Piero, a legend who played for Juventus, agreed that it was a clear penalty..lol
@leonardo731 don't give a shit about Del Piero. He was a diver anyway
stop saying dive! Benatia kicked Lucas in the chest
@kunoy yeah, I'm amazed he didn't need to be taken to the hospital, the poor little bugger...
Yeah. That's some BS
@SmoothJitsu253 it's a pity that you are blind, as even Del Piero, a legend who played for Juventus, agreed that it was a clear penalty..

As if a penalty isn't enough the referee has to send off Buffon... I hate these kinds of penalties, totally ruins the game. We could have had more 30mins of excitement at extra time.
@felipe9525 How, if Ronaldo scores?
disgusting
@Anonymous_T it's a pity that you are blind, as even Del Piero, a legend who played for Juventus, agreed that it was a clear penalty..
That's a dive. As a pure neutral the player had no intention of scoring and he's falling before any contact. And even then there's barely any contact. Not even a 5 year old goes down under that sort of pressure. If Real Madrid win this competition after that it will be the death of champions league football.
@Champion it's a pity that you are blind, as even Del Piero, a legend who played for Juventus, agreed that it was a clear penalty..
UEFADRID!
If I have it my way, I wish for either Roma or Liverpool to win the CL . They deserve more than any other team.
@pickindim good thinking, and even better choices !
Shouldnt Ronaldo be booked for diving
@Bmaxillon well thats not a good example if 5 times winner balon door got booked for diving
I'm sorry, but as a neutral party, I love seeing the arrogance of Spanish/Catalan football being slapped in the face. GO ITALIA!
@pickindim real-roma would be pretty poetic in the semis
Zidane should have played with Benzema, and Casemeiro instead of the fu**ed yp Vallejo and Kovacic instead of Kovacic,so easy why the complication? whole season we were insulting for playing Benzema and you don't listen, the only time we want Benzema to play next to Cr7 you don't bring him on the pitch, what do you have in your mind? wtf I don't understand him.
ahahahaha
Real Madrid's team is lacking end product without either Benz or Bale on. Strange to have neither on in my view and brings too much focus to Ronaldo
Zidane should bring on Benzema. I think that would suit Ronaldo more
3 spanish teams could't score a single goal so far ...
you don't answered yesterday so I ask again: so how much money you lost today you suckers??? hahaha :D
@afx I put a Juve double chance because Mandzukic was announced to be on the team. I'm pretty happy rn.
Ok, semi finals are Liverpool, Roma, Juve anderen Sevilla ...
@neumi17 I want Juventus to qualify but let's not jinx it yet...
It's amazing what Ramos means to Real Madrid. Never liked the thug but he is the heart of that backline especially after Pepe left.
@delllello never liked Pepe, far more thuggish and completely ununsportman------ygyfyhgtdrgth+946q+394u9ajry PENALTY =???????+===
Real's defense doesn't have what it takes to win the trophy. Ridiculous. If Benzema comes in and scores ( and stops the bleeding like he did against Athletico Madrid ) I don't want to hear another criticism of him.
Ronaldo goes down sooooooooo easy
@Lukicks where have you been man? He's doing it for more than a decade
@Lukicks you just noticed that? he's been doing it all his life..Great player though
use bale in the rw position to get rid of mandzukic prob n isco in the forward pos
real madrid will be thrashed 4-1 only
Ronaldo to bang'em both in.
Real madrid will carry this champions league
@Chizzyy Into the grave at half time ...
BTTS
We must buy Dybala, 200 milions will do.
2-0 to Real Madrid agreed.
Prove your worth Vallejo
This is Real Madrid not uefalona
@NuchalLine bwahahahahahaha. you did mean in terms of referee ownage, right?
Real are heading straight to the semi-finals. This is Bernabeu and not Turin
Juve to win 2-1. I don't expect Juve to overturn the series, but they'll put up a good showing. Forza JuVE!!
1X&over 1,5
Juve will perform better in some occasions without Dybala. For a set-piece match, RM has no reason to lose unless 1-2 careless stupid mistake by individual defenders were made in the early game. Expect this would be close. 1:1 / 0:0
Game to be decided on penalties
@Boeree I like your optimism, you will surely be disappointed
@Boeree You are Portuguese and you support Juve....
@Boeree You're Portuguese and you support barca. How edgy....
@elucidate You're portuguese and you support Real Madrid... how mainstream. Nacionalismo é mais importante que lógica, ronaldo melhor de sempre porque salta mais
BTTS 100%
1/2
1:2 juve
Imagine if Juve come back
@angelo44 I used my imagination on that i imagined Juve to qualify but it didnt worked out :D
@angelo44 Even in imagination they cant do that
@angelo44 Okay.
@hellreaper yeah, and if they don't score, the ref lends a hand
@hellreaper Daaaamn bruhhh i like you, nice comment
@Cannavaro69 You just replied to the same comment twice, 10 hours after your first reply... What's up with that
@Boeree Its my first comment, maybe you are under alcohol you saw it twice , Alcohol will kill you buddy try drinking fresh lemon juice
@hellreaper Agreed
Madrid already at the final
@Chizzyy how
with yesterday i believe in everything :D
1-4 final score.
@Marchisio8 I don't know why you are commenting a very odd score. You know even 1-4 is not enough for Juventus to qualify, right?
@hellreaper 4 goals away Juve vs 3 goals away Real - it's Juve to qualify, man
@hellreaper Sorry, it's 6:24 a.m. and I haven't sleep yet and since it's not possible to edit comments, I need to reply right after to correct myself and give you reason lol. Still it is an odd result and won't happen.
@Marchisio8 lol.
@offside i take it all back, to Copy & Paste next year...
Under 2.5 has decent odds, the rest are only good to fail.
2:0 prediction? Why are you so sure Juventus won't score without Ramos and possibly Vallejo in Real's defence?..
@policaydnb Maybe because even when they were a goal down, Juventus was playing defensive and playing counters on their home turf.
2-1
Best bet here is Ronaldo to score.
@papaitucano I think the ref bet on that too...
real does not care about this game too, they wont play even on 50%, yes they can win but i doubt they will give everything - under 3.5 - 1.57
@martinkamenarski Seeing Barca last night, i think Real players will play 100% concentrated.
Juventus should play fringe players as there's no chance of them qualifying . I can't even see them winning in Barnabeu let alone scoring at least three goals without conceding
@footballover Well they have so far after 72 minutes, LOL!
@MEHJones , and they are out . Lol
