Bournemouth
Newcastle
- Callum Wilson and Dominic Solanke both recovered from injury to feature in last weekend's 2-0 win away to Huddersfield.
- Adam Smith is ruled out for the Bournemouth and that should allow Nathaniel Clyne a way back into the starting XI.
- Dan Gosling will also push for a place in central midfield in place of Andrew Surman.
- Jamaal Lascelles was replaced at half-time in Newcastle's win over Everton last weekend and Rafa Benitez will not risk his captain this weekend.
- Fabian Schar is suspended for the Magpies and he will be a big loss for the away side, alongside Lascelles.
- Ciaran Clark has at least returned from injury and is expected to slot into Newcastle's defence. Paul Dummett could also get a rare start or Newcastle will revert to a back-four.
- With Sean Longstaff ruled out, Rafa Benitez will have to pick between Mohamed Diame, Ki Sung-yueng and Jonjo Shelvey to partner Isaac Hayden in central midfield.
Josh Wright's prediction was spot on. Newcastle seem to love late comebacks!
