Joel Grant could miss the rest of the season after having surgery to his thigh.
Conor Grant and Jamie Ness also remain sidelined for Plymouth.
Prediction
Bradford's struggles in 2019 showed no signs of going away on Saturday as they suffered their 18th league defeat of the season, the second most in League One. But the Bantams remain just a point from safety and know that three valuable points here will give them every chance of finally climbing out of the relegation zone.
As for Plymouth, they travel to South Yorkshire on the back of picking up 15 points from a possible 21 available. Another victory here for the Pilgrims could prove decisive as it will move them eight clear of the hosts.
Jack Payne scored twice for Bradford, but Plymouth came from 3-1 down to earn a draw when the sides met earlier in the campaign at Home Park back in December.
