Team News

  • Lorenzo Insigne has a muscular problem and will have to skip Napoli's last home game of the season.
  • Dries Mertens and Arkadiusz Milik should be safe to play unless Amin Younes is given another chance up front.
  • Luciano Spalletti will have Marcelo Brozovic and Danilo D'Ambrosio back available after their respective suspensions.
  • Matteo Politano might not travel with the rest of the team after getting injured in the last game, with Antonio Candreva on standby.
  • Stefan de Vrij is also a doubt for the away side.

  • Napoli have now won three games in a row, though they struggled in each victory.
  • Inter beat Chievo last weekend to put themselves in a relatively strong position for a top four finish. They head into the penultimate round of fixtures four points clear of fifth, with Empoli to play in their final game.
  • Even in a half-empty San Paolo and without motivations, Carlo Ancelotti's side are considered favourites for this game. Inter didn't concede goalscoring chances to Chievo last week but struggled to create some themselves. That will have to change if they want three points here.

  • Napoli trashed inter an noone cares lolz

  • 0-0

  • @shakes I'll be shocked if Napoli didn't win 2-1. Expect Callejon to score.

  • @SeuneMilmas - Why did you expect Callejón to score when he last did so two months ago?

  • @andrew7taylor Did you expect Fabian Ruiz to not score, given that he last did so two months ago on 7 March?

  • @SeuneMilmas - Don't get your panties in a bunch. I didn't state I expect someone scoring, you did. That's why I asked you what told you that it was reasonable to guess that he would score, because to me, him having a below his average standards season and a 17 match dry run meant that it was unreasonable to foresee Callejón scoring. So, what were the signs?
