imagine making Hernandez MOTM instead of Aubameyang! Whoscored need to up their game! Aubamyeang has better stats and played much better then Hernandez.
@barkley- Are those site ratings based on objective stats or is there an "opinion" element? 8.8 is too high,he wasn't that good but he was probably the best on the pitch.
I wont question Emery's sacking but I think he has been made the scapegoat. I don't think some fans fully realise just how mentally weak the personnel are and that the vast majority of managers would struggle to coach them. Disrespectful too, if the reports are true. I wonder what the response would be if a group of largely white European players took the piss out of a black African manager's accent? Now Unai has gone, we need to have a clearout of the players who are nowhere near good enough to wear the shirt and stop recruiting 2nd rate- Sokratis, Luiz, Mustafi, Kolašinac, Xhaka, Özil... As for the managers in the frame, most seem to be in two groups- "counter attackers" and "ex Arsenal players". I don't want either. We need an experienced manager who devises a gameplan around dominating the ball. I would also find it laughable if we employ Ancelotti given Napoli's struggles in a worse league than the EPL with a better team. I want Erik ten Hag but are we a big enough club for him?
@SteveHyland I still believe Unai Emery will do great if he comes back to Spain. It was a mistake from him to go to international clubs where he could not find respect nor belief in his vision. His lack of charisma and communication abilities makes him a 2nd rate manager unable to fill the modern manager role that the big clubs need... He is the kind of manager that needs a lot of support around him to get something out of his squad. It was not possible at PSG or Arsenal. I wish him the best to bounce back in a club in Spain.
@SteveHyland It looks like some of the players watch those morons on AFTV, and pay too much attention to social media. I'm glad Ray Parlour put them back in their place. And the players stop playing for the manager when they feel like it, they did it to Wenger and Emery. We need a manager that can keep these egos in check and get a hold on the players, and stand up to the executives, if need be.
@What4- I can't stand that mob, or the fact that Sky Sports news seem to interview one of them every time something Arsenal related comes up as though they are the official mouthpiece of the fans. Troopz acts like Aubameyang is his friend too, bless him.
@SteveHyland sucking Unai is a perfect move even if it's a little late ( he should be sucked when we lost against liverpool ) ///// about our squad we are not perfect neither good ; we have a perfect forward line, an average mid and the worst defense in all big five leagues, some players are like you named them ( 2nd rate) ///// for the next manger he must have a strong personallity ( not like the frustrating Unai) at first and with an attacking-dominating ball mentallity ...Ten Hag is a good choice also Gian Piero Gasperini (Atalanta) and Ralf Rangnick (Leipzig)//// about the game I think the players will give the maximum for ljunberg .... a win by 3-1.
@ClassicGon Someone no one is talking about is Marcelino, maybe we should have a look at him, he's out of contract too, so more money the club can save to give to the agents and other parasites.
I was going to predict a walk in the park for Norwich but with Emery gone, it's gonna be the other way around. 3-1 to Arsenal. Arsenal are the team that has survived the plane crash. It will be interesting to see how they recover from that trauma. Emery has been absolutely disastrous and not even a mad man can defend his sacking.

please update the ratings, SofaScore gave Aubameyang 8.2 and FotMob gave him 8.8. Both had him as MOTM

Looks like Emery was not the real problem.... =DD
@stefanm- Many a true word is spoken in jest. This problem back to when we moved into the Emirates and goes all the way to the top.
how is Hernandez rated higher than Aubameyang??? makes no sense. Aubameyang should be MOTM
@barkley Youre right, SofaScore and FotMob both have Aubameyang MOTM
Saka look like Soft foot crab @@
The thing about Sokratis is, he has real pace, which none of the four defenders we started with here have.
Leno is the most under-rated GK in the league.
Completely disagree with the use of VAR and decision of penalty retaken. Matches have linesmen for those stuffs.
@dib I hate Arsenal, bit that's an objective rule, not subjective.
Aubameyang and Özil as wingers and Pepe on the bench ? Interesting tactics here ...
Would be fun to see ljungberg succed as a arsenal manager, beacuse he is an arsenal legend.
@mendu123 Bergkamp for Assistant
I would be shocked if Arsenal had a good ebening. This is obviously a 2-0 Norwich win.
$10 on norwich
over 2.5 and BTTS... 100%
Norwich or draw for sure
SURELY?
Good luck Freddie!
Emery wasn't the problem.
yep. City style thing
With fitness doubt on half are defence wonder if mavroponos will be gevin a chance
1-3
