- Sérgio Oliveira went off injured against CD Tondela and will join Iván Marcano as an injury concern. Danilo Pereira should start in the FC Porto engine room as a result.
- Wilson Manafá has been playing well at right-back and he's expected to feature from the outset since Corona will serve a ban after receiving his fifth yellow card of the season.
- Matheus Uribe is also ruled out for to the same reason, which will pave the way for Fábio Vieira to make his first senior league start.
- Marega had a public argument with Sérgio Conceição last week but he's expected to start as he has already apologised to the club.
- Tiquinho Soares and Zé Luís will fight to lead the line here.
- Luciano Vietto and Luiz Phellype remain injured and won't feature here.
- Marcos Acuña sustained a hip injury against CD Santa Clara and is also injured. However, he wouldn't have start anyway as he received his ninth yellow card of the season against the Azoreans. Borja should replace him at centre-back as a result.
- Jovane Cabral netted the winner last time out and has now scored five goals since the restart. The Cape Verdean will be full of confidence here.
- Idrissa Doumbia failed to impress last week and will probably be replaced by Matheus Cunha in the middle of the park, although Francisco Geraldes and Rodrigo Battaglia are also options to feature alongside Wendel.
X/2 - Ruben Amorim's Sporting is playing consistent and also Porto only needs a draw
