  • ....we have a pragmatic France, doing what it needs to do to win, and a wounded, irregular Germany with low confidence levels...zimbora Portugal....I agree with the @Yman, if Germany uses the bayern backbone, it will improve visibly...and I partially disagree with the @hellreaper, when he says that Nelson Semedo defends badly...I was also upset with the coach for making necessary changes so late in the team, and for keeping Diogo Jota on the field for so long, but it was effective... so, my opinion aside, it hit the target...

  • Strikers of Germany looked completely lost, didn't know where to run or what to do. Havertz didn't seem to have any drive to do anything with the ball. Free kicks of Kroos and Sane were really, really poor. Been a long time since I have them see scoring a goal from a free kick. France played very consistent instead. Proper solid defense and their striking formation is too be scared of. If Germany would have scored the first goal, I feel like France would have still turned it around.

  • Since the lower Löw has no clue how to manage the team, just copy Flick's formation from Bayern and sit, Goretzka, Kimmish as CMFs - Gnabry, Muller, Sane behind the CF - and Werner or Havertz as striker.

  • Germany played just really bad football, that's it. Zero creativity, huge lack of technical abilities and no concept how to score a goal. Yes, they fought hard but that is the minimum you can expect in such a game. Really disappointing performance.

  • @neumi17 I think Gnabry shouldn't have been substituted. He was by far the best player, even though he rarely touched the ball. Sane should have joined earlier too. But don't worry, Germany will beat us next match and become second of the group because our coach makes weird and late decisions too and Nelson Semedo is bad at denfending.

  • @neumi17 Also, no striker. You can't win a big game without a striker. Unless you're prime Spain. Which Germany are not.

  • Only 6.9 for Kanté...

  • @jandold if you score goals (>2), assists (>3), or reach an extreme in any of the indicators, you will have a score above 8. If you are average and balanced, you will have a normal score.

  • @jandold William Carvalho from Portugal, he played a tremendous game, in positional terms, with a lot of influence on the result, but he only got 6,7...

  • @jandold lead by example!!! Witsel from Belgium , is the same thing, scores below 7 in the clube, but with brutal influence.

  • @jandold he does an invisible job, which is difficult to quantify. He makes everyone gravitating around him play better.

  • Germany seemed to be playing at too fast a pace, as if they just couldn't keep up with themselves, and they were losing control of the ball too often. France simply capitalised with counters occasionally. Hardly impressive, either team.

  • Did you see? Deschamp did not make any changes to his team an France ended up winning. Marco Rose, however, made unnecessary changes to a well functioning Hungarian team and ended up losing! Coaching is key!

  • @Zoltan lol a few hours ago you called Deschamps a "clueless" coach who "regularly screws up"

  • @wilde He is clueless! Otherwise how would he end up winning with a German own goal??? Nevertheless, on the level he represents (which is very low) he knows his stuff. But I would never entrust him with the coaching of a national team!

  • ALLEZ LES BLEUES!

  • Löw can't get any lower.

  • germany not having it tonight..

  • Germany should be winning 3-1 or 4-1 by now. I think Gnabry should shoot more and be the one taking freekicks

  • @hellreaper What planet are you on?

  • @hellreaper 1 shot on target between the entire team

  • @3shots you forgot Hummels

  • nice, clever shot by Hummels

  • 2-2

  • 1-1, what do you say?

  • 40,000 fans in Munich.

  • This will be a very attacking game in Munich.Over 2.5 match goals.

  • good to see useless werner not starting

  • @NuchalLine unfortunately there's Havertz

  • Mbappe, Benzema & Werner Each To Have A Shot On Target massive price of 5/1 in Hills but can only have £10 on it

  • BTTS & +2,5

  • This should be a great game with some fantastic players on show.

  • a real game since euro started. Rest were avoidable. This is war

  • @NuchalLine .........aaaaaaand it was one of the most boring games.

  • Over 2.5 goals

  • France's main weakness is their coach: however great player Didier Deschamp was, he is just clueless about this French national team. Recent losses agains lowly teams such as Turkey and Finland testify to that. Like many other coaches nowadays, Deschamp regularly screws up with his overly conservative team selection: he has no creativity on the midfield and defensive minded players just overload the first team all the time (hence so many low scoring games). Germany, on the other hand, has much more creativity in the midfield with Kimmich, Kroos, and Gundogan. The big question is how they deal with the French "parked bus" because the French will play counterattacking game. If the Germans cowardly sit back and mirror France, it will be a borin low scoring game. However, if they choose to take a risk, move the ball quickly with one touch passing game an drive the ball down quickly on the wings and then pass it back to the middle for a shot (instead of centering) we will see a good game.

  • @Zoltan world Cup winning captain, European championship winning captain, World Cup winning manager, European Cup runner up manager, yeah you're right he's no good.

  • According to Zoltan, multiple Champions League winner on Football Manager.

  • 2-1

  • @Gronounours Tony Soprano does not like this comment. :D

  • France will win and both to score.

  • Important note: Germany will play all group stage matches at home in Munich, Hungary will play 2 out of 3 matches at home in Budapest while France and Portugal will always play all matches away from home so the group becomes more lively.

  • @hellreaper That wouldn't matter as much, as France and Portugal are the superior sides currently.

  • @splint3r i dont think that Portugal is superior to Germany, Germany just need a good coach

  • @Nataku Which they don't have at the moment. Portugal, on the other hand, have a good coach. Which means Portugal > Germany

  • @splint3r Portugal has a good coach???? Give me a break! That Brazilian coach look alike wouldn't know what to do even if I would give him my handwritten instructions! Portugal has an amazing team, yet due to that idiot at the helm they play extremely poorly all the time (0-0 against that other rocket scientist Louis Enrique at the helm of Spain)!

  • @Zoltan Fernando Santos did a masterclass in the previous Euro. Cut him some slack!

  • @splint3r Portugal is superior to Germany?

  • @neumi17 No. The French team is better then German team now, but I think Germany is now better then Portugal.

  • @neumi17 Yes, by quite a lot.

  • @splint3r by quite alot?, i wasnt sure, but now i see that ur trolling

  • @splint3r Oh, it matters a lot!
