@Nico1 It's no surprise the ref was in way over his head. He has no experience at this level. In a way it's hard to blame him... The real question is why Fifa would put themselves and him in this position to begin with. For a game of this magnitude you get the best ref you have, not some nobody. This sport and its fans deserve better than Fifa.
@benj Don't understand the point of the pitchside monitors, it's just an opportunity for the ref to bottle it. If it needs to be overturned the VAR people should do it.
