- With a clean sheet, Manuel Neuer can draw level with Oliver Kahn on 196 - a Bundesliga record.
- Neuer, Robert Lewandowski and Leon Goretzka were all spared the midweek trip to Madrid for Champions League action. The star trio will all start fresh for this key domestic affair.

- Corentin Tolisso continues to struggle with a muscle injury, so Javi Martinez could step into defensive midfield.
- Niklas Süle could return to the squad, while Canadian star Alphonso Davies has returned to a full 90 minute training session for the first time but will not be rushed back. Meanwhile, Joshua Kimmich is making "big progress" on his comeback trail.
- Marcel Halstenberg will be assessed nearer the game as he battles adductor problems.
- Summer recruit Alexander Sorloth is battling Yussuf Poulsen for a spot up front after scoring the winning goal in midweek, redeeming himself for a missed penalty last weekend.
- German international Benjamin Heinrichs is ruled out with a patella injury.
- Amadou Haidara is over his encounter with COVID-19, but Hwang Hee-Chan tested positive after international duty with South Korea.

Probably one of the best games this season.
Typically Bayern, worst game ever, absolutely no ball control or built up play but they still don't lose. That's their trademark in the previous week's ...
@neumi17 overreacting much? Or "Jammern auf hohem Niveau"? They are still the strongest side in the world
@stuckonautomatic Have you watched the game ? It was awful, especially in defence and midfield.
@neumi17 oh I remember you and of course you would spout nonsense
@falcon_ranger I guess the opinions of Flick and Neuer are then nonsense too. Both complained heavily about the way Bayern performed, especially about the defence and too many long balls.
man there are people on the field ready to die to get the ball, as dangerous this is its even more entertaining
Now this is what you call a 'big game' not the EPL 0-0 masterclass...
Leipzig win to nil
Btts promising, X2 worth challenging.
card for Martinez and under 3,5
Clear victory for Bayern. Leipzig is in even worse shape than Bayern. 3-1
@neumi17 The form of teams can change. Otherwise they would always be in the same shape.
@stuckonautomatic Bayern has been in this exact shape for over 2 months now.
3-0
3-1
Hwang Hee-chan tested positive for covid on the 18th of November, surely he should have finished his quarantining by now?
@Nico1 Maybe he doesn't feel well if he had Covid.
