That kind of penalties are just farcical. I believe that City would still score, but most of English referees are the best in improvising around football rules. From the other side, despite the total dominance and one man advantage, despite the fact that Wolves didn`t score in their last 3 matches, City managed to concede a dangerous attack (the one and only from Wolves) and a shot on goal in the added time.

Decent win for city, arguable a soft pen but the win was deserved. The red card though is unforgivable like what are you doing
