Team News
Arsenal
Leeds
- Mikel Arteta may take no chances over Ben White's fitness with Tottenham to come next week in what could potentially decide who gets fourth place. Rob Holding scored in his absence last weekend.
- Takehiro Tomiyasu made his first start since New Year's Day in the win over West Ham last weekend but it wouldn't be a surprise if Cedric Soares started this one with Tottenham in mind.
- Gabriel Martinelli and Emile Smith Rowe are in competition to start in attack for Arsenal, while Eddie Nketiah now has the edge over Alexandre Lacazette in the pecking order to start up front.
- Stuart Dallas broke his leg in Leeds' 4-0 defeat to Manchester City last weekend and now faces a significant period on the sidelines.
- Liam Cooper pulled out of the starting XI to face Manchester City last weekend with a knee problem and may miss out here too.
- Diego Llorente dropped to the bench last weekend but is an option to return to the side here after last weekend's 4-0 defeat.
- Jamie Shackleton was back on the bench last weekend after injury, but Leeds look set to be without at least five players this weekend.
why Raphinia was so bulversed? that was clear 2 legged red...
@wladi83 cause he was performing badly and it had a background anger, which come to earth through this episode of psychological release.
Arsenal W
@KingKeno Arsenal Women?
@Tuiop Arsenal W, W= Win.
Arsenal 3-1
Leeds will be relegated.
@FootyFiyah No. Won’t be relegated on the back of a loss in a game they weren’t expected to win. My moneys on Burnley to do down They finally came down to earth under their interim caretaker manager after struggling to beat lowly Watford and then getting outcllassed at home to Villa. The honeymoon is over, they’ve had a good run in the top flight under Dyche down the years but now it’s time to go.
@soulintention looking at Burnleys opponents I would have to agree with you but Burnley could survive by finding a draw in those 3 matches they don't HAVE to win, Leeds NEED to beat either Brighton or Brentford to stay up I don't know if they can. I wouldn't doubt Burnley getting a draw against Spurs or Villa.
Someone has predicted an away win!
2-0 Arsenal, Saka score first.
Arsenal with Saka to score.
Arsenal to score over 1.5 goals @1.44
4:0 Arsenal here! Spurs will get battered by Liverpool too!
@albgunn Based on your comment history, it seems you default to favoring Arsenal whatever the circumstance. I agree with your end result predictions, but can't see either of the games being so one sided. The fight for 4th will not end here, but can be put to bed if Arsenal avoid a loss next week as well. This isn't the place to spread fan based hopium though.
@degausser17 Spurs got battered, the ball just didnt go into their net often
Btts
City will screw up here I reckon double chance Newcastle
@FF2021 city to bounce back at NU
@FF2021 wrong page dude, but I concur, their loss in the Ucl might play a psychological role on the players' morale
1 v 1 - I think we've been lucky for the past 3 matches and our lucky might run out here. Also, Leeds are a bit of a bogey team for us.
@Overmars 1-4 away win last time out, so not much of a bogey, bleeding goals with their D a disaster
Arsenal will win again, over 2.5 goals.
