Moreover, Jorginho made a big mistake: he moved away from the post during a set-piece. This is technically WRONG.
If Jornginho defends the post, that episode could never turn into a goal.
The same mistake was made by Donnarumma before the VAR check. He commits a problem-solving mistake and leaves the goal unprotected. If he makes a standard coming out appropriately, Arnautovic - or anyone else - could never score that way (no enough force exerted on the ball).

I'm sure Kalajdzic wanted to deliberately touch the ball with the left side of his head and deflect it to get it somewhere near the goal which was to his left behind. That's what he did. I guess it was clear to him that this alone was no guarantee of scoring. It was a clear desperation move and required quite some luck as well. But to state that it was entirely accidental is quite far fatched and belittles the effort he put in there.
What a tough match. Italy didn't play like how they did in the group stage.
In the next match Mancini should start Chiesa instead of Berardi though.
