Team News

  • With Brest flying, on six wins in a row, don't expect the hosts to make any unenforced changes.
  • Brendan Chardonnet is suspended, but with Christophe Hérelle fit again, look for Lililan Brassier to partner the former Nice player in defence.
  • Steve Mounié was a late scratch against Marseille, but the towering centre forward should be back in the XI here.
  • Florent Mollet will miss out through suspension, but it should otherwise be as you were for La Paillade.
  • Nicholas Gioacchini and Valère Germain are both options to replace Mollet.
  • Arnaud Souquet could be in the frame at right-back having come off the bench in the win over Clermont last weekend.

  • An intriguing match in that it pits two teams who swapped managers over the summer against each other. Both are in form and this should be one of the weekend's more enticing encounters, even if it doesn't have the name recognition of Lille taking on Lyon or PSG's welcome of Monaco.
  • Brest should have the edge here with the return of Mounié and the absence of Mollet, who has been a vital if underrated cog in Montpellier's attack this season.
