Did anyone get anywhere with this? I didn’t with WH despite evidence from Ladbrokes, opta and video evidence. Several hundred pounds of bets not paid out on.
Whats the point of IBAS if they don’t even acknowledge it. My friend who is a Ladbrokes
Manager phoned them up who admitted that they had had an unprecedented amount of complaints regarding incorrectly settled bets. Two week later they said the matter was closed.
Disgraceful.
It seems everything is still wrong. I am putting complaint into both Skybet and IBAS. Have videos of 6 stonewall tackles between Mings and Konsa. Your stats say 1.
Having checked against sun dream football which Who scored provide players ratings for. I have checked ratings for cash,Mings,Konsa and targett. For cash you have 7.5 and sun has 6.7, Targett you have 6.6 and sun has it 6.5, Ming's you have it 6.2 and sun has it as 7.1 and lastly Konsa you have it as 6.6 and sun has it as 7 a huge discrepancy. I have also checked the previous 4 matches involving Aston villa and the same 4 players. Who scored and the sun dream team have EXACTLY the same ratings for each player in each match.So why is there a discrepancy in the man utd v Aston villa game. Why have you given a rating of 7.1 for mings and only showing 6.2 on site and given Konsa a7 rating but only 6.6 on site.

El partido está Grabado en DAZN y se puede modificar los resultados perfectamente pero no queréis … pues tendréis consecuencias yo no voy a perder 800€ por que whoscored no quiera poner los datos bien. En 2 horas si no actualizan resultados denunciare a las autoridades. Un saludo
Hi, I have made a complaint with video evidence of incorrect data that is missing. I will be including both yourselves and data provider as the both of you are failing to provide a service. All data should be correct if dealing with a outside source and if a technical issue didn't allow correct data to be published it should of been rechecked by both parties. All relevant evidence will be passed to ibas to look further into. As we feel that it is not being dealt with in the correct manner.
@Wham75 having contacted Opta about this, they have confirmed their ops team have completed all post-match checks and that all data should now be accurate.

I have also raised with IBAS after taking advice from my mate who works in Ladbrokes ( who don't offer the bet) but various data streams he had access to showed that opta were wrong at that point. 22 free kicks when there were 23. ( 18 fouls and 5 offsides ( they were only showing 1 offside against Man utd). Throws Ins were also off at that point. ( last night about 5.00 p.m.).
Do you know what they are currently showing.

Cut dramatically from last game even though a premier league match is potentially less frenetic. Ie there previous stats for this match including the last game point to stats being more than they would previously expect. I for one will not be making such bets again until guaranteed I get right outcome. Having actually watched the game and cless as we’ve been diddled.

I too have lost a winning bet with WH as they say they are taking their data from this site. First time poster. Where does it tell you number of throw ins etc. I watched live and rewatched recording. i had >100 goals , free kicks etc . WH showed 112. but are not declaring bet a loss. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

@mhn97 to try and resettle it and show you the stats. if there is no difference then they are at it. Because we have 80 post on here and an employee stating that they were having problems.
@mhn97 I've been told by my friend at Ladbrokes that they will be hoping that we go away because all those with losing bets will have been paid already. Our bet was up with 4 mins to go and there was 7 minutes of injury time. If it was ladbrokes and it was an on line bet they would simply deduct from the balance all the incorrectly paid out bets. Even if it resulted in them having a negative balance. All those placed in the shop? well hard lines. They will have to pay out twice. Ive been told its exactly 100. but they only have 1 offside and 39 throw ins. They two alone give us a winning bet even though it was over 105. Ive watched it back twice (quickly) and got 109-112.
I've been advised to phone WH and asked them to go back to either livescore, flashscore and whoscored as the rules state " if there is evidence suggesting we have made an error then we will withhold the right to change accordingly". Not sure how betting companies can use this site as a legitimate source for accurate stats. This match cost me several hundred pounds for a bet that was easily a winner but this shambles made it a loss. May just be a bit of fun for you guys but has serious consequences for people getting legitimate winning bets settled as losses as a result. Disgusting.

Whole heartedly agree Elizbar. The data is wrong and as was shown below there were issues with the data stream. These things happen but needs to get corrected.

I can see they updating the tackle it even going down from 31 to 29 tackles now it shows the software is just making up the numbers as they go along...we watched the match we can tell you there was more than 33 tackles in that match so do needful and correct it...I have email opta stats data to update their since they the sources of all this mess
How did Mings and Konsa have no tackles? Watch the game again please and correct it! I think you will find its at least 6 between the pair. How can you get this so wrong?
It's a second time I suffer from this- I damn watched the game and throw-in stats are incorrect. There has actually been 40 throw-ins total; Flashscore says 41, but at least they have a surplus and what happens to Whoscored.com?! Gotta fix that if anyone sees that from the technical crew. I can actually point the minute and moment that is missing in those dots of throw-ins.

How can this be a true reflection of the game?. A will challenge anyone who watched the game to explain how Konsa has at least not got 4 tackles. Between him and Ming's between them got 6 tackles but to be shown as not getting 1 between them is truly shocking and incorrect result.
The number of shots above 28 dice, I hope it is not abused, only 20 shots were fired in the first half. It is possible that the whole game has 20 of them

@BenMcAleer1 you do realise the bookmakers use This site to officially settle bets? No other site or source…it’s quite a big issue…who supplies the data as maybe the bookies need to go to actual source not just a provider/third party

@Stripe11 WhoScored don’t collect the stats, we buy the data from our data providers Opta.

@neumi17 I don’t know, I don’t work for sofascore, but they are based in Croatia whereas we’re based in England, so may not have had the same issues.
