Match Outcome Statistics
* 3-way betting is when you bet on the match result as one of home win (1), draw (X) or away win (2)
* Halftime/ Fulltime betting is when you bet on the outcome combination of both periods
* Ex: 1/2 means in the end of the first half Benfica will be leading but the match will end Liverpool winning
* Double chance betting is similar to 3-way betting but in this case the bet covers either one of two possible outcomes
* Ex: 1/2 means in the end of the first half Benfica will be leading but the match will end Liverpool winning
- Benfica
- Liverpool
Goal Scoring Statistics
* Over/Under bets are the ones when you bet on the number of goals exceeding or not exceeding a certain limit.
* Ex: Over 2.5 means the total number of goals will be over 2.5 such as; 2-1, 2-2, 3-2
* Correct score betting is when you bet on the exact score outcome of the match.
* These statistics show how many times a team scored a certain amount of goals
TIP: Try using our 'Order by probability' feature from the top right of the page
* There are different betting markets when goaltimes statistics can be used, such as Benfica will score in the first half.
TIP: Usually goal time bets are done during live matches.
* Clean sheet / Failed to score statistics can be used to bet on either one of the team keeping a clean sheet in a match.
* Keeping a clean sheet means that the team will not concede a goal.

I am writing these lines to those who watch the game, not the stats. Liverpool's attacking side is totally burned out except Luis Dias: Salah, Mane, Jota, and Firminho are total garbage. Without Luis Dias Liverpool would have not win this game. Defensively Konate is forgettable - thank God he scored that goal so that his performance today was zero. The entire Liverpool squad is burned out and weak mentally. The same is true for Manchester City: with these types of expensive DOUBLE SQUADS both Liverpool and City must be able to pick apart any type of parked bus: all it takes is proper coaching which both teams lack. Any coach worth his money (the likes of Jupp Heinckess) would train against the parked bus by practicing one touch passing and direct, goal oriented football that doesn't permit defences to park the bus right after transition. Instead, we have to watch this garbage weak in and out. Why???
@Zoltan I don't think these teams are burnt out. They just train to have their best eleven at their top level for the semifinals. I think it's called tactical periodization. But maybe you're right: Decent coaching should be all it takes. Klopp and Guardiola can't be decent managers xD
@Zoltan to think that you could spend this much time on things you actually know something about
@wilde It's so easy to dismantle his whole rant (because that's what it is), but he's not worth the time. Zoltan reminds me of a homeless man in the city centre, angrily yelling gibberish at people.
@Zoltan I see your point and you are right about Klopp, but not about Guardiola. The Spaniard is a better coach than Heynckes and one of the best of all time. No disrespect to Heynckes, he is great, but Guardiola is something else. Easily top 3 of all time with the potential to become the undisputed GOAT.
@splint3r I was thinking the opposite- Klopp was appointed as manager of a middle table team when he arrived at Liverpool and received middle table signings (price/perceived quality) until they sold Coutinho and actually managed to spend big money on Van Djik and Allison. Under Klopp said team became one of the best and more expensive in the world (don't believe me, check transfrmarkt) That's the story of Klopp-s career- he takes average teams and raises them to their full potential. Meanwhile, from the day the Barcelona C team was disbanded and both B and C teams squads were handled to Guardiola, he never ever has managed an average team.He is a good manager, in no way he is without merit, but it is also true that success is much more attainable if you consistently receive some of the best players in the world to manage.
Okay. Salah is having a no so good day. So what?
@BeautifulLoser He's been trash for a few months now
@Anonymous_T For months? A bit of an exaggeration.
@BeautifulLoser So, uh, he sucks?
Salah totally worst player for both teams on the pitch, gotta be subbed for Minamino in a half time, but Kloppo is way too shy to do that and harm the Egyptian bloated ego. Sell him in the summer till he is worth something, and get an assassin instinct winger instead.
@dzvinka Well, he's been bad today, and absolutely brilliant on many other days. That's it. Why do some fans need to be such drama queens?
lol. Do Portuguese league fans just say fuck it and watch the PL instead?
Salah is total trash for this 30 minutes of play, tbh
As a City fan, I want a draw here. Or a late win for Liverpool. Then a Liverpool win in the second leg.
@Heseinburg What kind of logic is that???
Benfica win 2-1
Everyone seems to think that Liverpool is the obvious winner, so I am going for a draw. You see, for a team to be an obvious winner there must be order in the heads and players must have an inherent pride that says: "we are one of the most highly paid, world selections in the history of football, so we will win and will win by attacking football because we have the best forwards in the Premiership!" Now, in Liverpool, City, MU, Chelsea, precisely THIS attitude is MISSING. What we have instead is an utter nonsense defensive mindset with players lacking the drive to take responsibility for breaking down defences and for scoring. That's EXACTLY why Chelsea lost against Brentford last time - the smaller team simply had more pride and wanted the win more than the much more talented team!
@Zoltan whatever you smoke bro, don't ;)
@jerzydrimmtimm Just look at the Premiership! The most boring games you can imagine: too many touches on the ball by the players, too much physicality kills the game, players don't pull the trigger when they should, and everything revolves around hogging the ball and safety. Possession based football is the nightmare of any person who really understand football; goal oriented football is the true color of the game. Not only I say this, but also Glenn Hoddle as a commentator: players think too slowly, take too many touches on the ball and have no clue about direct, football oriented game! Wingers don't even have the confidence to take on the one-on-one situation given the chance. City stops playing once they obtain a lead of 2 goals EVEN AFTER 30 minutes, totally disrespecting their football fans. I think those smoke something who are willing to watch this kind of garbage!
@Zoltan total drivel
@Zoltan Liverpool have scored 77 league goals and attempt the second most shots per game in the top 5 leagues, with City not far behind at 72 and third in shots per game. What?
@sarigginsUSA You would be a great Communist because you believe the stats rather then your eyes! Because of betting I have been following all the football championships in the world I can confidently attest that one of the most boring Leagues in the world is the English Premiership. The ball hogging, safety driven non-masculine football drives any real man crazy! Premiership players are WEAK MENTALLY - even today against Benfica there was a point at the beginning of the second half when an opportunistic Benfica could have pressed high and could have scored consequently 3 or 4 goals. The reason this did not happen is not due to Liverpool, rather it was due to the poor coaching of Benfica!
@Zoltan I would suggest you set up an appointment with an optometrist because what your eyes are telling you is wrong.
@Zoltan Precisely one of the reasons why Spanish teams were dominating for the better part of 10 years.

0-2 for Liverpool, or 1-3 in case Benfica randomly scores first
@dzvinka It almost ended 2-2 or 3-2 for Benfica, but Liverpool calmed down the game when you could feel Benfica was in a good moment and then scored the 1-3 in the counter-attack.
no chance, Diaz goal was perfectly nailed a coffin of this pigeon)) you gotta be realistic, it could have been 1-6 if Salah, Jota and Diaz didn't fail their clear cut 1x1 attempts
Both teams to score - NO (1.80)
@yourfootballtips.com both teams gonna score easily imo
@bojack just curious why you think both teams will score easily when liverpool conceded just 4 times in the last 18 games, and never more than once in any of those games.
Over 2.5 liverpool goals
yep, 1-2 or 1-3
Liverpool have Won their last 10 league matches.
@nexus747 Big deal.
Liverpool will take this one. win plus both teams to score
