Compare to the 1st semi, this match was so boring. Liverpool was the better team no doubt. I think Salah is not playing at great level, in once play he strike the ball sendig it far away almost to clouds haha. Salah's version of past season would not missed such great chance, Rulli was surrended.
@dib This was 100% expected since Villareal would mimic Everton's approach that frustrated Liverpool for large parts of the game. It might seem strange to say, but Liverpool have bigger fish to fry and need to conserve energy to keep the quadruple dream alive. Im not saying that they will win 4 trophies, but it is a possibility.
@Chancho I am liverpool fan and agree they play the way they want. We had atletico madrid few times... Now that is nasty football. Villareal play their football
Well deserved victory with two goals lead. Still some slight chances for the Emery submarine pensioners, just in case if Trent gonna forget he is a defender or Alisson passing straight to Alcacer like he can, but more or less it's done already. 1-1 draw in Spain, with Liverpool seriously playing only one half of it, what do you think?
@dzvinka It's hard to scrutinize this team because their superiority was too general and absolute, Villareal never got a decent chance to do anything.. The score is very fair and their game plan for round 2 is like you say, don't give away goals. Villareal needed more players forward, Lo Celso is an engine but he was defending most the game and had nobody to play with in attack, Danjuma simply doesn't cooperate the way Moreno does and the results was 0 chances.
Villarreal is not even close to their 2006 team, they simply do not exist in this match, like would Norwich for example. Such teams do not deserve to play in SF.
@tar88s Teams in lower leagues (not PL or Bundesliga) should play in lesser competitions. Leave the CL to the big boys, enough of this midtable garbage
@tar88s Frankfurt and its fans prove to be so)))
and yeah, Juve is a none-league club without their fraud interference with refereeing.
But I agree with current UCL format, it's ok - everybody should play it no matter the league, but it should be a better money distribution to lower bracket teams even. It should take more from the rich and share among poor contrary to what big clubs want.
Hep Destek Tam Destek
This will be a breeze, mark my words. Villareal are in a weak situation currently. We play at home and will enjoy a confident and stellar performance, expecting no less than a 3-0 win for us to crush their hopes of advancing into CL.
Our atmosphere is PERFECT, the best in Europe we are not matched by any fangroup I can think of, we haven't lost to other Istanbul clubs' ultras in 20 years.
Our mental strength is the greatest it has ever been - from 2 season of mediocrity to this wonderful squad bombing down the pitch with Mane opening up the defense like Moses parted the sea.
Tonight will be a day to be remembered, proud to be a Liverpoolfan and most of all laughing at the other jealous fans jealous at our recent success!
Fear us, Fear Liverpool, Fear the power.
Hep Destek Tam Destek
....since Villareal defends so deep, it would be extremely simple to break them down by showering them with long range shots and pouncing on the balls rebounding back into the box from the keeper. But if you have no coach...... Never mind!
...it looks like Mane has lost his "mojo": he couldn't score from a difficult header that I used to make. The technical level of the game is sub par so far!
@dzvinka You know one of those MAGYARs have a statue right in front of Camp Nou in Barcelona: his name is Laszlo Kubala! I bet you had no clue about that ;)
@Zoltan oh, I am totally aware that magyars had their own golden era in past, but you are right, I had no clue that there is a statue of one of it's players in front of that pig hut in Barcelona.
No offence for Laszlo or Barcelona FC history, but modern era barcelona, for last two decades or so, has nothing to do with that - it's a scam club and nothing more, imo.
P.S. Oh yeah, and why double up at the wings? The answer is simple: because Robertson and Trent (forget about the name calling that only nobility deserves) don't do sh.t in this entire season, even though Liverpool's game plan in prior years depended exclusively on their attacking support!
Dear Jurgen Klopp! If you would be worth the price of your dentist and eye surgeon combined (and if you would respect Liverpool fans even a bit), you would throw out Konate from your starting line up and would start with 3 defenders instead; you know, just to reflect the unreasonable optimism that surrounds your team on this website nowadays. You would also throw out Fabinho and Henderson from the starting lineup and load it instead with attacking talent: Diaz could double up on the left wing behind Jota; Minamino could double up on the right wing behind Salah (You know, like back in the days of a truly great coach called Heinkess, whose shoes you are not even worthy to shine on any day, because Heinkess used this doubling up strategy with Lahm + Robben and with Alaba + Ribery while scoring 7 goals against the Barca of Messi). Thiago and Chamberlain could do the defensive work in the middle. Then these overly optimistic OVER 2.5 and BTTS people might even win on their bets today! LOL
@dzvinka Unless you are one of those OVER 2.5 and BTTS hopefuls from last night who got lucky with the Manchester City - Real Madrid game because somehow both teams managed to come up with their worst defensive displays in the past 100 years and they did so at the same time (they apparently forgot about the earlier PSG - Real Madrid 1-0 displayed while losing with the same exact bet that led the to win last night) . Building on their good fortune, now some fools put on all their live savings on a Liverpool win LOL, forgetting how much Villareal loves to park the bus and how efficient is in doing so!
@Angelo444 Dude! Then you lost your mind: Villareal will park the bus and they are even better then Atletico Madrid in doing so! Liverpool, on the other hand, is far from their optimal form: Mane is not scoring in consecutive games like he used to, Firminho is continuously benched, Jota is also lacking a bit in form, Salah doesn't even deserve to be mentioned. Only Luis Dias is in top form!
@Angelo444 On 1.28 odds, its not worth too much. Maybe goals or btts with one Villarreal goal.
Sport betting is a long term game, but sometimes like in today’s Man City - Real with both to score on odds 2 worth all in. :)
@Finucci After watching the City-Real game, BTTS was very fortunate in my opinion. Normally, both Real Madrid and Manchester City have very stingy defences. Just think back at the PSG - Real 1-0 game: I am sure you predicted BTTS there as well. The fact that both teams defended like little children is quite unusual. Only because both teams had extremely bad days defensively was BTTS possible. I mean, how could you know ahead of time that BOTH City and Real will have their worst defensive displays in the past 100 years??? I mean, of the 7 goals, only one was a true masterpiece that couldn't be defended. All other goals could have been avoided. P.S. Other than scoring from orbital defensive errors, both the City and the Real attacking game was utterly boring and predictable: the usual garbage of passing around in circles without penetration and without long range shooting to test the keepers. Realistically speaking, a 0 and 1 in any combination was to be expected in a low scoring game!
@Zoltan PSG - Real match, fully different scenario and I wrote before will be a boring match. But now, five from of six Man City - Real matchs btts. Defensively bad on both side and they can score, so btts it was very much to be expected. So its not fortune, maybe over is, but I predicted only 2.5 goals, not 6.5 over. In addition, everything went according to the scenario. ;)
Liverpool to play the final.
Watch highlights on youtube. Literally only liverpool. Never seen anything like it
Such cowardice from this Villareal team. They're capable of playing football, they just bottled it.
Compare to the 1st semi, this match was so boring. Liverpool was the better team no doubt. I think Salah is not playing at great level, in once play he strike the ball sendig it far away almost to clouds haha. Salah's version of past season would not missed such great chance, Rulli was surrended.
@dib Nonsense! Salah is a fantastic player. What are you talking about?!
@Chancho he is totally right, Salah is in a relatively poor form dude, it's stupid to deny that... but at least he started to pass to others more.
La Liga teams are anti football. Disgusting football from the Spaniards
@richccfc it worked for them against Bayern. They're punching above their weight. What's the problem? They tried their best.
@Chancho I am liverpool fan and agree they play the way they want. We had atletico madrid few times... Now that is nasty football. Villareal play their football
This si*tty team deprived us from watching Liverpool-Bayern game.
@Yman What is the point, they'll chok again in the final
I am glad i do not have to watch Villareal every week.Such a boring side especially away from home.
What an embarrassing performance.
Well deserved victory with two goals lead. Liverpool > Villareal > Bayern Munich
@neumi17 it's not so simple
@wilde One thing for sure, at the moment Bayern doesn't have the quality of the 4 remaining teams, especially not technically ...
The better team won, super simple.
Easy win for Liverpool as expected.
Pool is the greatest team that has ever walked the face of the earth. Change my mind.
@uefalona - You will change your mind after they fail to qualify in Spain!!
@PLahm If they aren't big boys, then how did they beat Juventus and Bayern and reach the semi-final?
@PLahm Is La Liga lower league, you sure?
@tar88s Frankfurt and its fans prove to be so))) and yeah, Juve is a none-league club without their fraud interference with refereeing. Klopp is a better manager than Emery. No doubt in my mind.
This isn't where I parked my car..
Unai Emery is a top 5 coach in the world right now. Change my mind.
@splint3r he parked the bus but left the keys in the door
0-2
....since Villareal defends so deep, it would be extremely simple to break them down by showering them with long range shots and pouncing on the balls rebounding back into the box from the keeper. But if you have no coach...... Never mind!
@Zoltan they do have a coach. It's called a manager in England however, his name is Jurgen Klopp
....it took these idiots to produce the 1st long range shot 41 minutes against a busing team! Unbelievable!
....shots to target ration is 11:2 by Liverpool, 1:0 by Villareal by the 40 min mark: I am falling asleep on this crap!
Henderson hits post, no shot though? Lol
...it looks like Mane has lost his "mojo": he couldn't score from a difficult header that I used to make. The technical level of the game is sub par so far!
Klopp don't even know Zoltan, but he already burned his little madjar ass)))
@dzvinka You know one of those MAGYARs have a statue right in front of Camp Nou in Barcelona: his name is Laszlo Kubala! I bet you had no clue about that ;)

Pool 3-0
Liverpool attacker-fast vs villareal defender-slow =Liverpool win big.3++ Villareal win vs juventus(slow)/bayern(slow)
@Dickisonfire99 Bayern is not slow - Coman and Sane are quick still Villarreal won
Liverpool 3-1.
Liverpool attacker-fast vs villareal defender-slow =Liverpool will win big.3+
Zoltan is a clown troll.
@Rensen LOL A clown who lives and breaths football! ;)
0-2 for Villa
This is an ending to Villarreal's dream
This will be a draw 0-0
yep, Liverpool and bts
2-0
Villreal have to be respected on past results in CL but a fully fit Liverpool side will be too strong for them at home.
@Rensen Really? And where is that fully fit Liverpool side??? LOL What about top form??? Give me a break.....
@Zoltan have you forgotten to take your meds zolton?
@Zoltan have you had a stroke or something, what are you on about?
Under 3.5 goals @1.53
@yourfootballtips.com Reasonable bet!
big win for liverpool
@wdetac Yeah, that's what Bayern fans were saying as well.
@splint3r I think all neutral fans including Bayern fans will say so
@wdetac I doubt it but anything could happen
Villareal is the only team that will stop Liverpool during this campaign. DRAW or 0:1 FT.
Handicap 2 (2)
Draw.
Liverpool 3-1.
@Rensen LOL
Not many goal, Emery will sut in his shell and hope for 0-0. I think 1-0 is the most expected.
@dzvinka Unless you are one of those OVER 2.5 and BTTS hopefuls from last night who got lucky with the Manchester City - Real Madrid game because somehow both teams managed to come up with their worst defensive displays in the past 100 years and they did so at the same time (they apparently forgot about the earlier PSG - Real Madrid 1-0 displayed while losing with the same exact bet that led the to win last night) . all in live savings on liverpool

@Zoltan just dont bet kids.u wont get rich by betting
