Man City
Real Madrid
- Kyle Walker and John Stones are doubts for Manchester City, but with Joao Cancelo suspended.
- Nathan Ake may have to feature at right-back with Oleksandr Zinchenko starting at left-back should Walker and Stones miss out.
- Gabriel Jesus was directly involved in all five goals City scored in their 5-1 win over Watford and will hope to keep his spot following his return from a ban, though Riyad Mahrez and Phil Foden may start in attack.
- Kevin De Bruyne and Ilkay Gundogan should both feature alongside Rodri in midfield, though the former was withdrawn on the hour mark with an ankle issue.
- Eden Hazard is Real Madrid's only confirmed injury concern for their trip to Manchester City.
- Eder Militao is available having served his suspension in the second leg against Chelsea and is set to start alongside David Alaba.
- Federico Valverde is expected to start on the right flank for Los Blancos in Manchester.
- David Alaba and Casemiro are both huge doubts for Real Madrid, with the former the more likely to recover in time.
50 minutes into the game and only stupid, childish mistakes even old boys don't make and they cannot even score from those mistakes! And these guys make millions every year! Pathetic losers!
@Zoltan that's why we have faster and fancier football nowadays. If industry was focused to avoid all mistake foremost, we would have catenaccio era still lasting today with games like 1-0 0-0 and 0-1 - would you appreciate that? Would you comment here - what a lovely match with equal teams what was decided by a single header in a single shot on target attempt for the whole 90 minutes? A boring boredom with guys playing posessive errorless game from both sides with one goal from a lucky.. corner or something like this?
Real was absolutely terrible in defence, but City was too. The 2nd goal was not only about Ferna, Dias should have done much better than just watching Vinicius and expecting the latter to assist.
@tar88s Finally, someone sees that the King is without clothes! LOL
Put on a very good fight as expected, the defence leaves a lot to be desired though. Makes the second leg intriguing now.
Only reason I'd support madrid in this match is so prem bastards cant bash la liga an Ben deserves ballon dor but otherwise visca PEP
What official website do you use to check throw ins?
@Weberson18 feel u dude. Rlly gave up betting after realize it's screwing minds
attention!!! whoscored!!! You have a mistake in Throw-in.. in all official sites, Throw-in are 16-13 and you have 14-13.. I don't want to lose money because of you!!! please correct!!!
@timoti feel u dude. Rlly gave up betting after realize it's screwing minds
benz taking that penalty the way he did after missing two this weekend.. steel balls.
You have a mistake in Throw-in.. in all official sites, Throw-in are 16-13 and you have 14-13.. please correct
@timoti @timoti What official website do you use to check throw ins? I made a bet over 28 throw ins and my bet is lost.
RM are very much in this tie . The fact that they have scored 3 in Ettihad , shows they are capable of scoring them at home . If they can tighten up the defence, they can make the final
@footballover Casemiro will make the difference. They've won La Liga already and can let him recover until the next leg.
Not even the best 4-3 at the Etihad... ;)
@MEHJones Two words - Llorente handball.
@splint3r one word... Salt :)
@MEHJones Did you win the trophy afterwards? Nope. Champions of Europe, you'll never sing that! ;)
@splint3r no, but our rivals Arsenal haven't either so all good. :)
@MEHJones Haha :D
City should have won much higher
A minute of silence for everyone who missed this game.
@splint3r You sound like those indian pages admins on facebook
@Youzarix Hhhhhhh this was funny, accurate tbh thats why xD
Wow a great match one of the best I've seen this 2022. Clear handball in the penalty, no arguments. My doubt is about the ball hit firstly in the head of Laporte then rebound and bump in his arm.
NOW GOAL DEFERENCE ONLY 1-0
well, great result for RM, but I think MC could be satisfied too, maybe they wanted more, but you can work with it. Nice that we have this pair open for the second fixture too. All good bros.
Now is it your statistic true. uefa.com shows shot on target 6-5 and you 5-5
Great game plenty of goals as expected.
City robbed by ref with lame pen
@richccfc HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
BEAUTIFUL MATCH! :)
What a f**ing amazing game! this should have been then final don't @ me
@TetouanMorocco Finals are always boring 1-0 now.
@TetouanMorocco
RM black magic, voodoo team
Of course its a penalty /s
Why did Pep leave the RB position weak knowing Vinicius is in top form this season?
@tru61ue Cz they literally all injured, that's exactly why I predicted the Vinicius masterpiece earlier
@tru61ue Why do you think Fernandinho is weak?
@andrew7taylor he really added more power to the game better than Wallker despite his mistake
54th minute and Real Madrid should be thankful that it's not 5:0.
@agunchev funny!
@Tuiop Yep. 76th minute and they should be grateful that it's not 7:1.
@agunchev funny.
I warned you Real Madrid fans tonight won't be your night but you guys didn't listen
@Abdulski97 rofl, it's a great result for them, isn't it? let's see mc in an away game... mmm))
Too many trolls on this site lately.
2-1 our lord Benzema, but am blaming Carlo, how tf u r starting Rodrygo over Casemiro I don't get it.4-4-2 was good right then stick to it, and Rodrygo is never good as a starter he's a supersub only.
When playing at home I don't fear anything Man City is respected to defeat Real Madrid 2-1 is the correct score.
The only player I fear is BENZEMA but when Man City is at home I don't worry anymore 1X either Manc win or draw
KdB, Jesus & Benzema 2 shots each 10/1
Madrid will destroy city 1-5
@NuchalLine oooff
@NuchalLine Keep dreaming.. Just winning a league deprived of prime Barca doesn't make Madrid top tier.
@tru61ue But 13 Champions League trophies do.
@splint3r sure bc history scores goals and wins games
@GioMonaldo Yes and no. I agree with you in general, but it's a bit different with Real Madrid in the Champions League. This is their tournament.
@NuchalLine hows that prediction working out for you?
4-0 City will destroy Madrid
0-4
2-2
amazing price on Real to win!
1-1 Fardiola wont score more than one goal
@koziol.mutant oofff go sleep
the RM's defense solidity is definitely questionable and destined to suffer ... over 3.5
Over 2.5 goals, Btts and Benzema score.
Both to score @1.95 ALL IN!
@Finucci Cheers Guys! ;) Good match!
@Finucci Hey mate. You predict so well. Do you have Twitter?
Over 2.5 goals teams highly attacking
Cancelo suspension so ake has to play
City defense has major doubts
1-2 real madrid benzema in form of his life
Seems like Manchester City will have a lot of problems in defense because Stones, Cancelo and Walker are out and Rúben Dias just returned from injury and probably needs more game time to get to the level he was.
0-4 will be my prediction
@NuchalLine farmers league champions getting schooled
very interesting match for sure. Don Carlo needs to get it right.
3-1 ManCity
THIS MATCH WILL BE FIRE.... TOP LA-LIGA TEAM vs TOP PREMIER LEAGUE TEAM.....
Probably three-way. [If not Stones and Walker,] (4-3-3 A) LB : Ake / RB : Zinchenko (4-3-3 B) LB : Zinchenko / RB : Fernandinho (3-5-2) CB : Ake Laporte Dias / LWB : Zinchenko / RWB : Jesus / Forward : Foden Mahrez
Low scoring game. Any combination of 0s and 1s possible. I wouldnt go for score here tough. Corners and cards seem like safer bets. City will want to win and RM will want to not lose.
@Ewerfekt City can score and Real too... so both to score and over 2.5 goals sure.
Pep will switch either Nathan Ake or Oleks Zinchenko to right back if Stones and Walker do not make it.
Over 2.5 goals.
@Rensen good prediction
@Rensen why?
@Ewerfekt Both sides will attack from the start and should be a very open game.
@Rensen no chance , both will defensive and low score
@Magix it's 33rd minute and Rensen is already right
@Magix both will attack. Madrid will definitely.
Mancity to win 1 nill after the final whistle.
@Olomide Look at the missing players in City's defense...
@Olomide Real Madrid are not Atletico Madrid, mate.
If Madrid is ruthless and not complacent, they'll smoke City
Real Madrid win
@NuchalLine its good to dream
Under 3.5 goals @1.50
RM Win
@ATTILA2107 real Madrid won't defend just like Atletico Madrid did, they will attack Man city more and it will create loopholes for Mahrez to score
@Abdulski97 did you watch frist psg - rm game? They werent at Atletico level, but they werent far either.
@Abdulski97 real madrid can score too. More than city
@NuchalLine for sure. It would be entertaining affair.
Man City 2-0 Real Madrid
Away win FT
Man city need to win this 1st leg as i cannot see them winning in madrid.
@Rensen Kill that thought. Same thing most of you said before Chelsea played at Madrid
Damn Hazard been injured since 3 years.
Vinicius masterpiece, 2-2
2:0??
X or GG
As a Barcelona Fan I want Real Madrid Loss... But I want Benzema Win this time... HE is Outstanding this year. And He will definitely get Ballon D Or ... Best of luck... I won't mind If Real Madrid Win against MCI
3-2
cancelo is suspended. Dont be a third grade uninformed site
@NuchalLine And it seems like Stones and Kyle Walker won't play and Rúben Dias just came back from injury. It's a total mess.
@hellreaper are you sure?
2-2
