Team News
Dinamo Zagreb
Chelsea
- Dinamo Zagreb may revert to a 4-5-1 formation here in a bid to frustrate an underperforming Chelsea side.
- Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has travelled with the Chelsea squad and should debut here despite his facial injury.
- Chelsea hope to have Denis Zakaria's work permit sorted in time to be available on Tuesday night.
- Ben Chilwell will surely be rewarded with a start here after playing a huge role in their 2-1 win over Chelsea on Saturday.
- Kai Havertz would have done his confidence the world of good after scoring the winner against West Ham.
- Mason Mount dropped to the bench against the Hammers but could replace Conor Gallagher in the side here.
- Thiago Silva is being given the night off.
The bad blue boys showed it how much bad they are.
GG Zagreb! :)
@Finucci BBB :) :D
I don't think you can blame Tuchel for Chelsea attackers being uncreative, giving the ball away and just playing really badly. Pep once said: “My job is taking you to the final 3rd and your job is to finish.” They did reach the final third a lot of times here.
good job, hopefully it stays this way
Again with Havertz lol.
@Yassine_1 tbf, Havertz was by far the best player in the first half from the front 3
@Nataku sure
@Yassine_1 yes, u dont watch the game?, if not, just watch his rating on all websites
@Nataku Havertz shouldn't be playing at all, and he should definitely not be playing as an attacker. He's neither a striker not a winger.
@Yassine_1 if he should play or not, i dont care, but he was still one of the best players in this game..., u cant deny that
@Nataku You are both right. Havertz has been terrible for months and should not be playing. But in this game he was the best of the offensive players.
Orsic legend
@koziol.mutant Let us not get ahead of ourselves.
Rory's video will be a delectable medley of raging splendor
Chelsea should get rid of all their midfielders but Kovacic and Jorginho, no chain is stronger than its weakest link, and the Chelsea midfield is weak af
@Socio4Life kante and mount? No way. They are good, Mount was good today also. I think the ploblem is whoever comes as a centerforward can't fit in. Lukaku, Werner,...
@Alparslan Mount is utter sh*te.
No clue! Gotta feeling for saying 1-2 though!
Big chance for Zagreb
Zagreb score so often because they usually dominate possession domestically, Chelsea should be able to dominate the ball here and limit Zagreb's chances, Chelsea need to prove they can score I look for them to try and run up the score a bit here.
Orsic to score, BTS
Should be a breeze, even with squad rotation, Asian handicap -2. Expect to see Mount, Reece & Aubameyang, (if he debuts) involved with the goals.
@Truther Cocky Rent Boy Take The L
"Controversial" :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D If ManU or Liverpool had won like that, would you guys have said it was controversial?
@splint3r Yes, he would. "Controversial" because struggled to win and clearly open to discussion if undeserved, anyway sacked in the morning.
Is there anyone still who thinks that the old boys pace of the Premiership teams predestines the for wins??? Let's face it: Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United are capable to lose against anyone nowadays. They are badly coached and any players they buy end up on the bench (Hawertz, Zyech), injured (Jota) or sold (Mane, Werner). No player in his right mind goes to the Premiership - Haaland seems to be the exception but let's remember that Diogo Jota had the same amazing start and now he is nowhere!
@Zoltan my pick Dinamo +1
Both to score. @2.0
Both teams to score - NO @1.80
Blue team win or a draw.
A chelsea win.
