Shame about the result, it shows USA is still a little too green. All 3 goals were infantile, especially the 3rd. Credit to Blind and Dumfries for running the show here but the rest of the unit isn't as strong as they appear on paper. Shaky defense pulled apart too easily by USA, only their wastefulness saved them. Good luck next week

Somebody please explain to me how 2 loser teams such as these got to this phase of the World Cup??? None of them have quality going forward (Pulisic might be out from this game), so I think the Dutch physical education teacher will mastermind a 0-0 to bring the game to penalty kicks. And the USA will be the perfect partner to this mindless game plan.

The Dutchies are so lucky with Mane being inured as best player of Senegal, Kouyate got injured during the game and now USA will most likely miss their best player with Pulisic. Historically (if both Netherlands and Argentina get past their round of 16 opponents) a great game awaits us in the Quarter Final. I think Argentina will win 2-0 and the Netherlands will win after penalties.

not that familiar with usa but the netherlands play pretty soulless and lack real quality going forward (though it may not seem that way from past scorelines & lineup) they will get exposed for it eventually, however decent quality and structure generally in the team should get the job done though an upset against a solid usa team doesnt seem all that unlikely to me
